It’s pretty mad what you can find when you travel far enough!
While in England for business purposes, I managed to pick up a few awesome bits.
I found these original “Carl zeiss” donkey ears for an amazing price.
On a close inspection we found that these are actually in a two tone camouflage scheme (brown and grey).
This was a typical camouflage scheme used during the pre/early stages of the war (1938-1940).
It came with a Russian made tripod which will need some work to get it to wartime spec.
My father owns a mint set but these will be perfect to use at both immersions and public events!
