First of all, property agents in jaipur must understand the diff between a villa and a row house.. it’s a row house not a villa. Second, if the property is so good then why are the units still unsold after 4 years. I have seen this project in 2020 with half the price they are quoting now.
I haven’t seen the property or the area personally yet. But trust me, this is the best property i have seen so far in jaipur on internet
