I have a cheap metal detector it cost me $159 lol it also has pin point, some more experienced gold hunters been telling me the cheaper detectors can pick up some alloys coins rings ect bt won't pick up gold, yet I'm coming across videos like yours providing otherwise, I'm in Australia in the state of Victoria today I'm going to a small town called Dunolly, well *KNOWN* for its monster sized gold nuggets, it will be the first time to really test my metal detector, thanks for giving me hope 😇

24, That water bug is called a crayfish,the one you pet like cat. In Louisiana it is considered food,once purged of its waste,boiled in spices and eaten in great quantities as a meal. Tastes good Louisiana style,texture of chicken.

I just found your channel, I came from one of funhouse TV or something like that. They have fake videos of gems that are clearly fake and you can get them from the dollar store. Atleast your channel is real.
It's interesting to see how frustrating the search for gold can be. Sometimes I think that the metalic part with an L shape can be a part of the helmet of a warrior; maybe the lower part protecting the chin, but I am not sure.
Regarding the object at 46:28, i think it says 'den kameraden' which is German for 'the comrades' or 'the friends'. The midle bit after Pi is hard to see, then maybe something about Bonnie at the bottom?
The (mineralised) ground is filled with iron, small bits of aluminum and other objects. That's where the majority of signals comes from. The audio of this detector allows to "recognize" iron and (at least) some amount of the "industrial garbage". You can also listen for the size of an object (a coin size for example) and combine different audio information. Have a great day.
The whole route to (or from) Koblenz is beautiful. I was thinking about a river cruise last year, but I changed my mind when it arrived... It was already full and they collected even more people. Maybe I should wait for bad weather :).

If you notice all those small holes on the inner edge, leather or textile would be sown on to it through those holes, the other half of this piece is missing, the complementary piece also, it would be for a purse.
I know how you feel sometimes you find at target and you spend 10 or 15 minutes digging for it and just as you’re an inch away you end up giving up because it’s wasted too much of your time and battery power LOL I’ve been there good job

The camera is called "Mobius Action Cam". This is the first version. I focused the lens manually (they call the recent lens "A2").
