I managed to do this first try out of some god tier clutch Don pulled out of her. I was so happy I was about to run this guy’s fade before the game pulled the guaranteed loss on me just before he staggered
Now, it’s obviously easy. It’s obviously just fluff for story. But this is easily the worst that the first part of canto 7 has because it feels really dumb to have a forced loss with some random dude that doesn’t even try to feel imposing. It also harms the story too, because as much as it sends the message that Don is so overlyconfident, why wouldn’t she be? The gang so far has straight up fought off a whale, an infinite army of goons, themselves (railways are canon), a man who steals time, and right before this a bloodfiend. And somehow, somehow, we are unable to defeat one guy who likes ice cream and twiddles his thumbs around in front of a camera. Hopefully this will remain the worst part of the whole chapter, and hopefully it gets some sort of justification later on.
