- Reviewing Tropical Palms RV Resort, in Kissimmee, Florida, which is an Encore Park .
This park is one of many Encore Parks we have access to because we purchased the extra “Trails Collection” pass, thru our Thousand Trails (TT) Elite membership. Being nationwide TT members played a big part in our over all retirement and traveling plans. Even though we camp at other types of camp grounds & boon dock from time-to-time, using our Thousand Trails membership has proven not only to be a great deal money wise-for us-but also gives us a chance to catch up on a lot of our responsibilities and duties during our stay. We also have made a lot of nice acquaintances, many of which have turned into great friends.

DISCLAIMER:
We are in no way experts or professional mechanics. But being a journeyman millwright for years & being EX Military, has proven to be very helpful in my lifetime learning how to care for & maintain all sorts of machinery & equipment like: helicopters, airplanes, tanks, motorcycles & many types of other vehicles. That, along with 18 months preparing & upgrading our RV before we went full time, & now traveling for several years has gained us a lot of knowledge. Regardless of what we recommend, consult a professional if you're unsure about working on your RV. Work you perform or products you purchase based on any information we provide is at your own risk.
Helpful to know not only what the park looks like including the amenities but also your experience during your stay. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Great video! I love watching all your reviews! We are looking at Thousand Trails / Encore parks to stay at in Central Florida in November. This looks like a pretty good one after watching your review. Thanks again!
Thanks for the information! I used to stay there every Christmas. It sure has grown larger over the years.
Nice job reviewing this park.
Thank you both very much. please do a video every place you stay, thank you again.
We try our best. Now that we're in Maine our goal is to produce some real stunning stuff. It's absolutely gorgeous up here and a beautiful 80º with NO humidy
Great video!
thank you for making this video. I'm joining thousand trails and wondered how these Encore parks worked. great info.
We love our membership. For us it's PERFECT!
Vielen Dank für das interessante Video. Wir werden bald dort sein 👍
Thank you from our German friends
I stayed in this campground in 1984 on a trip to Disney
Very detailed video, just what first timers need.
I’ve stayed there twice, that right turn into the park is really tight.
One of my stays was over Halloween weekend. They had a lot of activities for children but that made it pretty noisy.
By the way, Old Town isn’t the amusement park. The amusement park is Fun Spot. You can enter either attraction for free, just buy tickets to ride the rides.
Thanks so much Tim for your update and info
Do you know if they have monthly rates?
I'm sure they do. Most all parks in Florida do. Just call them. It's a wonderful little park. Rates will be higher in the winter peak season and then drop off probably around April thru Oct.
Are you allowed to feed the alligators? 😂🤣😆😅
