Takes an annoyingly long time to heal man. Acupuncture & lymphatic drainage worked a treat for me though!

That’s probably his pace for PM threshold 400s lmao. He’s gotta be hitting like 60-58s probably, maybe even quicker
He won’t be hitting faster then 3k pace for 20 x 400,probably like 63/64 as he was at altitude
