WAIT! I wanted to see the diamond pattern in this video's thumbnail! Did you actually make that?!?!?!? I worked on trying to do that pattern on my 15x15 a couple of months ago. I tried for about three weeks and figured out how to do it; but I failed to ever complete it without making mistakes! Please share how you did that diamond pattern!!!!!!!!

Cubastic is a genius on so many different levels, it's just amazing. The fact that he does these videos in two different languages, puts him in a league of his own. The dedication this takes, is just incredible.
And on this video, he has turned solving a Rubik's Cube, into a psychedelically trippy performance art.
I would have never considered buying a 19 x 19 Rubik's Cube, because for purposes of puzzle-solving, I would have considered it to be such an overkill, to the point of being a bit of a wank really. But for purposes of using it as a sculptural art form, it creates a whole new and even more legitimate reason for existing. And it really rationalises the benefits of increased complexity and extra layers.
I could watch this guy solve puzzles all day.
P.S. Here's a thought. Someone should write a computer program or an app that generates solvable fractal patterns on this 19 x 19 cube. Or maybe even an app that takes bitmap image files, and maps them on this cube, complete with solutions. How cool would your mugshot be on this cube.
I reckon with a tool like that, this cube with its infinite configurability, would become the ultimate coffee table embellishment for any puzzle collector.

The one who made the pattern is a legend. I am sure it requires a long period of time to complete the pattern.
A video Idea or challenge - remove 1 or 2 corner or edge of a cube and attempt to solve it without that piece and or just hide the colours on any piece (to make it even harder do it with non magnetic cube )👍 best luck

Bro I did see your vid and the pattern is beyond cool, but you could do this alg - U R2 F B R B2 R U2 L B2 R U' D' R2 F R' L B2 U2 F2 - if you wanted the other layer to flip, you could use this same alg but double or triple layered.Btw i love your vids.
