Good job on the border for Ophelia. Stitching that far across scares me to death. I'm so bad at counting and remembering if I marked off any stitches I had done.

Love that your cat has made an appearance. They are interesting creatures and often jealous. My cat always comes for her pets when my husband comes into my stitchy spot to talk to me. Complete beginner and you start with Mirabilia. Amazing. And linen fabric! I've been stitching for a couple of years and will only do Aida. I really enjoyed this video and I hope you do more. It was natural and fun. Best of luck in finding your new path. I think Francis wants to be a UA-cam star.

I am new to your channel and I love your projects. I have been stitching for over 50 years now so I am a older woman but I have never done a Mirabellia and I never have done beads before. I give you a lot of credit for starting it as a beginner. Right now I am in love with Tiny Modernist and The Prairie Schooler patterns. I just bought the same book that you have and I will be starting the one with the Flying Squirrels because my daughter loves Squirrels. I love Owls and all different kinds of birds. Hopefully you will do another FlossTube. Happy Stitching.

Congratulations 🎉. Well done. I just finished my first mirabilia “Red”. I was very intimidated by the beading. There are tutorials on floss tube that I found after I had done mine. Wish I had seen first. But I practiced beading on small mill hill kits and an old Lizzy kate mystery stitch along I had. Welcome to floss tube ❤

Very good first Flosstube. One suggestion would be to hold up the pictures of your pieces a little higher so we can see more than the top half.

Welcome to flosstube! Loved your video. Starting a Mira so early. That’s impressive. I really thought hard about that Lola Crow SAL. All of hers have been incredible. I have started a Halloween one from historical sampler company but it definitely is not stuffy despite the name. It is quite whimsical. I also love Tiny Modernist, The Blue Flower, Satsuma Street and Ink Circles. I am currently working on an Ink Circles chart called Arranging Ornaments. I did their coffee one last year and am going to do “Assembly Required” for Halloween. I did some cross stitch in Girl Scouts and again when my kids were little and now that I’m a bit older I’m doing a lot and also find it almost a meditative activity. It was nice to get to know you and I look forward to your next flosstube!
