Please go and stand in an indoor volleyball court and play for a set. You know how hard it is to maintain fitness. Think its the 4th set. This is just a normal volleyball tournament. Not national or international tournament. Agree fitness is not there. The guys are not the same as players 15 years ago when i used to play north division. Food habits and exercise do play a part but its tough to maintain fitness in 40 degree heat that too in indoor stadium which doesnt have temperature control.
They should have. But the kids are not from affluent families or have backing of colleges/ govt to spend huge. This is a club level tournament. Sad to see there is no backing even from college. but this is how Volleyball is in the country.
