He's not jumping on a trend, and has been around for a while. He's from Virginia. He's a true artist, musically, lyrically and visually. Whatever may seem to you as low budge I guarantee you was a deliberate choice. Shaboozey also makes epically shot videos that are film-worthy. (Anabelle or Let It Burn. Anabelle is my favorite but is mainly relatable to people scarred by having their soul crushed by someone along the road of life.) In fact, the visual aspect is sometimes an essential part of the whole piece. He's honestly so talented it's difficult to predict where he'll end up. He might continue as a songwriter and performer, or end up as a director or film producer or poet. I'll shut up now and go catch some of your other vids!
I agree with you. I feel that no matter who you are if something speaks to you and that's what you want to do no mattet what it is and it's something you love you should be able to to do it. I know the world and critics don't work that way but it would be a wonderful world if people could do what they love and are passionate about without a bunch of hate.
