It may not seem like it to some but all you need to be a country singer is a good voice. You have to be able to sing not a lot of autotune used. If you have a good voice and vibe you will be a star. Charlie Pride, Ray Charles, Darius Rucker, Chapel Heart, K Michele all amazing and now we have ShaBoozey. Also a good crossover is always welcome. Like Nelly and Tim as well as Boys 2 Men and Brett Young.
