Play of consciousness autobiography of swami muktananda is the most powerfull book on kundalini i have come across. Swami has shared his true experience . Please dont miss it
I can't thank you enough. It's amazing how srividya practioner gets to connect with all these different masters such as yourself and learn from them without having to search for them.
I view Kundalini Yoga as a gradual bringing of the consciousness from the external to the inner most reality. In a way all spiritual paths are supposed to do this - go from the coarse to the subtle, from the external to the internal. Kundalini for me is a method of "spiritual psychology" whereby I move from the most external aspects of myself (body/ego) to the most internal (Atman/Brahman). All elements are sacred however, so it's not a case where ""the body is nothing and the soul-spirit is everything"" it's more a case of body-energy-consciousness is ALL the expression of the ultimate truth of pure being. 🙏
I’m really glad you’re straight forward and don’t waste our time with constant repetitive gibberish that goes nowhere I appreciate your humor your wit and your intelligence
I went through severe depression during 2020 (not due to covid) to the point of almost taking my life. What brought me back from that darkness was learning about our mind. For 2yrs now I am trying to find the best way forward. There are so many different forms of meditation that I still haven’t found which way to go. I still suffer with social anxiety and find it difficult to reach out in the real world so I am trying things alone. What do you (anyone here) think is the best form of meditation to help my circumstance. I’m a white English 55yr old man but have felt a strong pull in the last year towards Indian spirituality ideology. It resonates. Thanks for any feedback 🙏
I am most impressed by the methods and personality of Sri M. He teaches Kriya Yoga. He is prolific on UA-cam and appears to be a very kind and accessible person. This author has a video on him.
This is very very very interesting experiences. I went to almost 20 years ago. I lived in confusion but you are answering my questions now thank you. Darn after 20 yrs my questions are being answered thank you thank you thank you
This knowledge is one of the treasure of India. I am thankful for people like you who can amalgamate their creative videography past with this old esoteric knowledge and make it intresting for our younger generation. I sincerely wish if you can make the upcoming program in NY be recorded and streamed. (Live or after a time delay ) I am in Bhopal , India.
For the elements, why is it that Air always comes after Fire? Wouldn't it more sense if Fire came first, right after Akasha? As in the first form of matter in the Universe was Plasma, or how Fire is that initial spark, inspiration, desire, etc, and the it is Air/Wind that puts that Will, that Inspiration, into motion. In western esotericism it's in this order, but the eastern order of the elements has always confused me.
Hi Raja, thank you so much for your awesome content I truly appreciate it! When putting the hand above the head, I don’t feel air but feel a strong force that makes my hand turn in circles? Is this good/okay? 😅
Hello sir. I used to practise each chakra with bij mantra 108 time. Is that a right form. Or should I do 6 chakras at once starting from muladhara to ajna?? Please help
is it necessary to be vegetarian to embark on this journey? i want to discover the other side but i have no clue where to begin. can someone help me? the videos here seem to be already on a intermediary level. i need something very basic
I think becoming a vegetarian it’s great but if you get enlightened you will know that’s the best way to live life. Animals are souls like we are we should not inflict pain, they are pure love. It’s about raising our counciousness, getting aware of the truth. ❤
Not fall as much as coil back if she is not attended to or conversed with. But a certain point comes when the path is fully activated and open, and then it becomes permanent
I heard you saying that you took a mantra from sri m sir, my guru ji. He has given me kriya yog initiation. Having a guru ji in life feels safe, that's why I commented.
@@rajadasworld thank you, been on spiritual journey since I was a boy had a rough life and just putting my life back together and I want to expand on learning I truly know nothing cup is empty and I am ready

Eckhart Tolle's spiritual classic " The Power of Now" is a good introduction to Non-duality( Advaita ) as well as buddhist mindfulness...

Base chakra: three small black egg shapes with red silver and silvery blue.
Swamabhu Lingas like this represents Kali and her son Ganesh. Shyama. Good sign

Like practise muladhara lam for 108 time. Then move to swadhisthana and practise it 108 time. Is that right sir or am I doing something wrong
Yes, both work. Try sequence and see what happens.
Ram Ram, where can I find part 2?
Sounds interesting, where do I start from and how much should I know for first step before i get overwhelmed and confused and side tracked .
Can kundalini practice be connected with ashtanga practice ?
Hi Raja-dha- I felt air flowing out of the top of the head to be little hot and not cold...why was it so dha?
Make a whistling sucking sound as you do it, and will cool down...to much Tejas...
