Very True..Me too years back started with Hanumanji mantra followed Gyantra and other mantras and unknowingly landed to Vaam Marg Sadhana . Result was entire transformation and now am left with serenity for acceptance and only acceptance along with Prayer for all beings. By ardently looking for the divinity within, kundalini can and does awaken on its own. Learn to meditate. The mind quiets. The ability to focus within on subtle reality increases. Follow I Am That. The mundane mind drops or you may be asked by an inner voice if you are sure you want to as you will never be the same afterward. You do and the rest is history.

The Plan
Suddenly between nothing and nothingness, I was mystified by the strands of my thoughts that bubbled up and predicted my path, for a while,
The pulsating energy exploded from within rendering all visible and my heart transparent. All was forgiven and more was understood.
Alas, My Angel of my paths (history)was concerned at my sublimating path and whisked me back into this life-world through her enchanting beauty.
In this life, every path is like a broken record that gives me clues but never lets me undress my future. I remain thirsting for more…
And yet cynical and analytical I become. Questioning and then rejecting most things as ordinary, and try to become less ordinary through the spheres of becoming
Where do I go next, what do I do to entangle my path with the infinity I lived?
I don’t know and maybe, just maybe, that is the Plan.

Raja, I had an spontaneous Kundalini awakening, I had never meditated or know what chakras were, I to was in bliss for three days , I felt I was at my graduation and I knew sacred knowledge of universe and get downloads,I didn't even finish highschool, I thought I died and was going to leave 3D but I didn't and then I thought I was a ghost cause I didn't understand what was happening and stuck on Earth and feel ill as well, but now my body was fully healed and I've been in process of healing my past , that was 2 years ago and yes my life has changed incredibly for the better, my question is I struggle to know how to maintain this energy, I research a lot and have divine guidance, But I feel so alone with no one that understand me.. what can I do ?

Sir you should see sandeep maheshwari spiritual journey video of 1.5 hrs long he sharei his vipassana and kundalini awakening experience and after that he got into spirituality and then after some years he started staring his knowledge and experience. Now he has his spirituality channel also by the name of sandeep maheshwari spirituality.
@ 6:16 I came to the same conclusion when I had my initial activation, I actually said those exact words after I shed tears from trying to understand what had just happened, I remember saying “nothing will ever be the same again…” could you please go more into detail about the destructive nature of this energy? One of them is wrong or is it not necessary to ponder on color too much
Guruji Amritananda is my Guru - he understood this at levels no one can match
As the Kundalini has awakened then can it be said that; why the beej mantra of Mooadhar is LAM? Why there has to be a beej mantra at all? Kundalini only awakens by Guru"s grace which is impossible to find . There is no such Guru at this moment publicly available. Such Guru was there till 2016. Awakening of kundalini and experiencing Kundalini are not the same. By consistent practice there can be various experiences but that is not awakening. Awakening of kundalini is not all there happens multiple dikshas to open up the Granthis and lot of Tapas is necessary at every stage

@@rajadasworld I said what I learned. Got trained for 15 yrs by an Himalayan Saint who did his tapas for 60 years in Tapavan. Received shakti path and experienced opening up of granthis. All confusion vanished in seconds. I realised that I have to start learning not from books but from divine. Chakras can be accessed from two ways. Divine reveals all and the secret of beej mantras gradually. 🌹
@@shivohamanandam some people have learnt kundalini practices in past lives and in this life have spontaneous awakening or just need a little nudge to awaken. It’s a personal journey and different for everyone.

When you get initiated by a Guru , does the initiation get carried over to the next birth?
Ideally, there is no automatic rebirth after awakening. Just consciousness to choose then next stage
I had the same question. If you get the transmission of shaktipat and start Kriya yoga for awhile, and then die before awakening the kundalini.. do you need to get another initiation and transmission in the next life? Interesting question!

It is called Prana Kundalini it is like when an electric shock surges through. Your body is not used to it. Ground yourself (earth yours self) though Muladhara by clenching your butt and chanting LAM (lum)

Can you stop your breath anytime you want?

Keval Kumbukh comes naturally after deep third eye meditation and you can do it too by staring at the Ajna Kshetra - the cavity between the eyebrows and the nose bridge while breathing. Stare there and chant Hum on the ina and Sah on the out silently. Then do it in silence. Then hold your breath on the in and hold on the out. Then keeping your focus on the Ajna, keep breathing and you will soon suspend all breathing.

I could then enter the state with any form of prarnayama
Three weeks after the awakening, it became my natural state
My breath is always still unless I exercise or want to breathe
