True transcendence allows the world to be as it is. If it wishes to express itself through marriage that is an expression of consciousness. This does not mean that there is in any form an attachment or ownership or any form of egoic identity. I myself have a wife and two children. Yet I am the awareness of this person, not the person. I love my children and my wife as myself. in fact, love they neighbor as thy self because they are, they are thy self.

And more than that, that Adya was the one to say so coz of aaaaall the teachers that I follow, I find Adya to be the moooost downright honest. It's absolutely correct to use 'it' instead of a 'me' coz consciousness is not a personal thing. It's just one. And 'me' is an idea, a concept, an illusion like any other concept/idea although it's also true that we 'experience' this life in the form of a 'me' ... But to see that there is, in fact, no 'me' is what that wisdom & knowing all about. He is right. And I always used to wonder why none of the teachers clearly say that there is no 'me' but that would take things too far for the audience to understand, I think that's the reason they don't. But I'm glad that Adya does, even if just sometimes.

the universal consciousness and the personal consciousness are the same consciousness, just one of them is contracted....
God can be whatever He or She wants to be. Married or unmarried.
