    Elevate your summer DIY home décor with these easy boho crochet coasters! Crocheted using 2 strands of cotton yarn held together in a simple spiral construction, you can whip up these coasters in no time! The unravelled fringe adds a fun boho feel that perfectly complements a warm mug of tea or a fruity, summery drink!
    This crochet coaster pattern is so easy to customise and great for beginners! The pattern includes instructions to extend the spiral to make it as large or as small as you want. You could crochet boho place mats, hot pads, table mats, use it as a flower vase base mat - the options are endless!

    Tip for anyone making fringe like in this video: don't take the crochet hook out/the yarn off of it - continue & pull the ends through the loop still on the hook to 'tie' on the fringe; much easier than using your fingers.

    how do you start with two strings?? I checked the blog post and couldn't find how long I should cut the strings so I have two??

    • @forthefrills
      @forthefrills  4 роки тому +35

      Hi Ashley, I just used two skeins of yarn and pulled a strand from each. If you only have 1 skein of yarn you can pull the centre strand and the outside strand and use both at the same time. That way you don't have to worry about cutting the right length of yarn. I hope this helps, Grace :)

    I’m not even sure how to ask this question bc I’m so new at crocheting and the lingo. When you SC, are you going into just one loop of the stitch? It looks like you are going into the part that looks like a “v.?” That you so much!

      Hi Rawan,
