Thanks for the video I taught my daughter how to throw over hand and sidearm she throws harder sidearm and doesn't complain about soreness. She can throw hard ASF for a 13yr old.
No. Not to mention, the average softball player has TERRIBLE overhand throwing mechanics. It's a low bar. Again - MLB players throw sidearm 95% of the time. Softball is no different. Coaches refuse to teach players sidearm then complain when they can't do it on command. If players are taught sidearm and practice it, it's just as accurate.
I made it for fastpitch players, but I'm glad slow pitch players like yourself are watching it as well. I've made more slow pitch-specific videos of late.
