Your hat is beautiful. A pattern would be great!
@@francine-c agreed!
The hat is so cute!
Hi dear Laerke! I just catched up with you podcast and it was lovely to hear you talk! The blush cardigan you showed is beautiful, I love the line details! Can’t wait for you to release it!
Love your cardigan and yes I love your hat too! I would buy both patterns. ❤
Your stripes Pullover is absolutely beautiful and unique🌰🖤🤍 and your lines Cardigan is amazing 🍄🟫. Love all your designs 🐿️
Bardzo lubię twój kanał i jeszcze taka niespodzianka że jesteś z Polski. No to pozdrawiam z cudnej Polski ❤
A lovely episode and your brown yoked sweater is stunning!!! I’m excited for the pattern release. 😊 As a title idea, how about “The Lamb’s Pasture”? The colorwork reminds me of fences around pastures and thought of lambs because of the wool. Don’t know how that would translate so it may not be appropriate but thought I’d share. ☺️ Thank you for your podcasts!
I love the cardigan and hope you release the updated pattern. The Rose Clay is beautiful.
I love the cardigan! The little details.
I think the little hate is so pretty. If possible I’d love to have the pattern.
Hi Laerke, I saw you knitting on the hat in your k2p2 vlog and was so hoping it would become a pattern. It's really pretty!
Looking forward to your cardigan pattern! 🪶
I love the hat..... would definitely be interested in the pattern if you decide to write it up! 😊
The hat is so sweet please write the pattern ❤
I love your podcast 😊
Lovely to see you again.
Realy nice patterns you should make a pattern of de hat.
Greetings Hennie Wijnsma

From the Netherlands 🤗
@@hwijnsma3716 I do agree! That beauty deserves it 🧶👑
I do remember your brown yoke-sweater very well, because I really loved and still love the choice of colours and the motive of the stripes. I think you said you were inspired by the african bogolan. you asked then also for name suggestions and I suggested something like shades of coffee or shades of chocolat (because of the colours and because of the link with africa). but maybe you are now in a different mood and more looking in another direction for a name. in any case I am happy that all your work and frustrations eventually have leaded to a very nice result!
I’m also over the moon about this pattern release! 🎉
I would call the sweater "picket fences." Your cardigan looks so squishy and light as a cloud. It is nice to see you do a regular podcast again. I love all of your designs!❤🧶
Wonderful hat! 🤩
Linie Cardigan and Fence Sweater, a perfect match!😂
Bought the Skovbund shawl pattern yesterday! ❤ Just bought yarn too. Can't wait to cast on tonight!
Me toooo 🎉
That's my favorite most worn shawl
@@ddb777 ohhhh I CANT WAIT! What do you wear it with? And what color did you make it in?
@ I wear it mostly as a cape with the triangle part on my left shoulder and a beautiful shawl pin in a leafy form from etsy holding it together on the right shoulder. I feel like Frodo when I wear it :D I made it in a forest green BFL DK weight, it is the perfect colour for the design. The lateral brade gave me a bit of a headacke to be honest, because my stitches after that were way too loose, I tried two times but they were still loose, I managed to mask it because the yarn is rather rustig and after blocking it was barely visible. Amazingly beautiful design
@ddb777 that sounds SO beautiful! Call me in! I love a good frodo moment. Exactly the vibe I got from fibre tales itself!
Honestly, now I hear you talk I feel like I'm going to make my own colorful fairy tale version of the Skovbund shawl. I'm currently at 30% and it's looking very very pretty: black DK yarn with 1 tiny tiny strand of shiny/glittery black thread which I couldnt resist. The blackness was too black and the shimmer of the yarn is now a fairy tale on its own! Love it! Can't wait to wear it.
Do you have your version on ravelry so I can give it a look? I might go for your color choice next! Sounds so pretty.
I love the pattern on the hat, it is so pretty. You need a collection .... hat, mittens, slipover or vest and scarf! Corner the market on it and release for December. You come up with some beautiful stitch work.
I totally second that!
Looking forward to the linje cardigan release 😍
SO excited for this cardigan!!🌹
Yay! Happy to hear that 🥰
Gracias por el audio en español. Ahora te sigo en Etsy. Saludos desde Chile
Really looking forward to the pattern releases, i just love your style and the way you create knitwear.
Hello it is Barbara. I would call it the "wooden picket fence" because the white and brown pattern work looks like little picket fences. If you use the name let me know. I love the sweater.
Hei Lærke🌞 Takk for en koselig strikkestund 😊 Jeg vil gjerne strikke kardigan, den ser fint ut. Ha en fin dag!👋
Please release your hat pattern??? It is really cute❤ enjoy you videos regards, Judy
Thanks for sharing your ideas and p,and. I can’t wait for those sweater patterns to be available! 💜
Lovely sweater and cardigan 😍. The sweater feels like some fields with the horizon and some fences... horisont sweater maybe? 😊
This texture pattern from the grey hat would look great on a cardigan 😊
Lovely podcast! So many gorgeous knits ❤
Thanks, Lærke! Really exciting news, so much coming up! I’ve always loved the jumper you’re wearing, so tidings of joy! 🧶🍂🤎✨
I have been knitting a lot lately, mostly because I am teaching kntting for some private clients. I have never knitted a shawl and this year I am planning to and already have a pattern in mind. Also knitted a short sleave cardigan/vest just have to sew it together and find buttons. Now busy with a sturdy top-down sweater with snowflek colour work around the yoke and may do another bit around bottom of sleeves and body. Still thinking about it, may even reverse the colourwork at the bottom, who knows ;-)
I started the humlebi shawl yesterday and I’m really enjoying it! I bought the pattern a while ago, just waited to the right time to cast it on. I’m on the last bobble row and it’s so cute seeing the bees pop up in the pattern!
I like your “no name” sweater - look forward to the pattern release 👍😊
Its always nice to hear you again Laerke...That colour brown should bè a nice one too... ❤❤❤
I didn't know the sweater you are wearing, it is gorgeous! ❤
Your sweater design reminds me of brick walls, my suggestion is 'stenmur sweater' 🤎
Genialt
So glad to see you here on yourtube again! I love your content and designs ❤
Your sweater and cardigan looks so nice 😍
❤
❤!
hi Laerke, maybe as inspiration for a name for your striped sweater...the section with he colorwork reminds me of hurdles in a steeple chase horse race...maybe you have a danish name that sounds more romantic than hurdle....!
Love your hat please release it
Hi, love your designs. Could you tell me where I can find the pattern for the sweater you had to finish the sleeve of in the blog you did of the k2p2 festival. It looked so beautiful and I am keen to make it. Thanks so much
Thank you! It is a pattern i’m currently working on 😊
Laerke, I am always tempted to try your Gotland blend yarns but have a question, based on my experience with another dark/black Gotland-merino farm yarn I found on Etsy before you began offering your own yarns. How does your Gotland when blended with merino hold up?
The cardigan knit from the yarn I have pills like crazy--seriously. I made it about 5 years ago, wear it regularly during the cold seasons (it's very warm and cozy), have soaked/washed and blocked it several times, and it is STILL regularly pilling--big, fluffy hairballs--after just one wear! It seems likely that the long curly hairs of the Gotland become entangled with the short merino fibers to create massive (1cm-diameter) pill balls that cling to the fabric: the wiry Gotland fibers hold onto those balls like they're newborn babies, which I suppose they are 😂.
I've tried all kinds of de-pilling techniques, from pulling them off with my fingers, to carefully cutting with sharp scissors, to electric de-pillers (which don't work at all; the hairballs are too large). A stiff de-pilling brush works the best/quickest but I realize also pulls out of the fabric more long Gotland fibers to make more hairballs. I would love for it to just stop pilling already!
I don't know the spin on the yarn I have--I should check on that. Perhaps it's loosely woollen-spun, which could lead to more pilling, vs. a tighter worsted-spun. Any thoughts about your yarn or suggestions RE pilling would be much appreciated! Thank you.
Hi! My experience is that it wears beautifully with minimal pilling. This yarn is also worsted spun but with a good twist. I have made a video where i talk about it in detail and show knitted examples

@@FiberTales Thank you for your reply!
Sikke smukke trøjer, du har lavet. Huen var også ret fin 👌
Laerke why could you just spin 100% gotland fleece into yarn? Is it a structural thing. I bought some of your yarn last year and I loved it. I made a hat that is super lightweight but warm and not itchy at all. Looking forward to the new yarn update and also would definitely bye your hat pattern you showed if you were to release it. Thank you
The mill told me that their machines can bot spin pure gotland. I wish it was possible but not at this mill. I know people who spin by hand can make it so it’s not impossible 😊
@ how interesting. It’s such beautiful fiber
Hi Fiber Tales, This is my first time watching you and it has been a delight. I do have a question for you regarding your Christmas sock yarn. Could you please confirm the name of the yarn. I love you sock pattern and would like to know the name of your design so that I have it correct. This will be my first pattern of yours and I I like it the way you did it. Thank you for your help with this.
Thank you so much 🥰🥰
The pattern is Støvle Socks and you can find it on ravelry. The yarn is lana grossa mielenweit 6781
Hey! 🤗 did I miss the second shop update?
The first shop update was last night and has sold out. The next will be in a few weeks 🤗
@ I hope I won't miss it, I don't have instagram. Could you maybe write on your community tab before the update? 😊😇
I never saw your shop update!
@jengoley8814 oh no. There will be another one soon 🤍
I tried to find a link on your instagram page to buy your yarn, there was no such a link, I don’t know if I got you wrong 😊. Do you sell yarn?
Loved this plack one I’m totalt in loooooove
So happy you like it 🤍🖤 Check in the descrption box 🤗 there you will find a link to my etsy shop and info about when the shop update goes live.
@@FiberTales ok thanks a lot I went to Etsy through your link but there only patterns ( your lovely patterns that I love) but no yarn founded maybe I missed that I’ll try again thank you ❤️🙏❤️❤️❤️
@gh60956 good you found it. The shop update will be on friday 😊
@@FiberTales ok thanx again for you appreciated response ❤️
I really really enjoy your videos and your patterns are always lovely, but I have a small but, your videos are always SO dark! I really struggle to see what you are showing, look forward to your next episode, but please use more light xx
It is winter where i live. Days are darker and so are my videos. I like them like this tho. If it’s too dark for you you can always turn up the brightness of your screen 🤗
Larika, I think it's when you where pregnant with your little boy and living in your other house you put out a pattern of some slipper socks, I looked in your shop and didn't see it, are you gonna do them again, I would love to buy the pattern, thank you
Those are my Lumi Socks. You can find them in my ravelry shop 🤗
@FiberTales thank you so much, have a wonderful day
