Yes - no frame can cause ventilation issues which can cause mold in the mattress.

I have a question. I recently got gifted a bed frame. I didn't know how tall it'd be so I installed it. Being that my bed was just on a box spring on the floor it made my bed at least 3 ft high 😅😬 I have to legit jump up on my bed to get to it but I'm 5'11. Sny recommendations or is that too high for a bed to be? Thank you.
