- In this video we get the Maiden flight on the Kraken 700! What a incredible heli! Tons of power, very stable and smooth. The Xnova motor gives the model all the power it needs with the MKS servos and iKon 2 FBL the heli is Precise and predictable! Thank you Andrew for letting me build this awesome Machine!

I try my best to be as informative as I can be not only for the new people that are burning or just getting into the helicopter side but the advanced and experience people as well. @@westhobbiesrc8051 right now all I can fly is the FW 200, because of GPS I know it won't crash.
A new FW V3 is out late February, might buy one, bigger is better for me to see, no one local to my club to help with flights, 99% fixed wig club,
Wow, your microphone REALLY doesn't do this helicopter justice. I've heard the audio on other videos of this bird and It's incredibly loud and awesome sounding.

I like this color best. I want a kraken 700 but really not a fan of the new orange and white stuff. Love my kraken 580 though.

I like the look of the Krakens but love the way the RAW flys more. All SAB heli’s are amazing.
The molded boom look on the kraken is so sexy. Can’t decide which is sexier between it and the soxos strike 7.1!

beautiful heli.... and such a skilled pilot! .... I may have to throw in the towel. Just struggling to figure it out. Haven't been able to find any local RC heli guys in the area that could help. Definitely been trying the sim, just not clicking for some reason! Have always loved watching your videos Jeff.
Thank you! Don’t give up! Keep at it, helis are hard! Very hard, but well worth it in the end. Keep practicing! Learn your basic hovering and once you can hover in all four points (tail in, nose in, left, Right) then move to forward flight. Just push the Heli away from you and bring it back. Keep doing that stuff and you will progress very quickly!

Fantastic Build and Epoc Maiden Flight Jeff! I can't figure it out, either you are an amazing Pilot or something is very wrong with my phone... it always looks like your Heli is upside down, and when I rotate my Phone it's the same bloody thing.

So could you scale this up 10x and have a flying drone insect weapon? Or do we lack the material strength and power to do that?
What kind of Kv does your motor have and what kind of battery did you fly with? Just ordered a kit with a 1800Kv motor and a 60a ESC, and i have 8x1300mah batteries laying around i plan to fly with in paralell. Do you know what kind of flight time i could achieve with those batteries? I can freestyle with my drones for 4-5 mins with 1 battery.
I’m getting back into heli’s and I have a question. Why are the rotor blades allowed to pivot?
Do you mean at the bolt or at the blade grip?

Yes, of course. Any helicopter can fly scale or like full scale helis.
