Well, out of the dozens and dozens of the videos I've watched on this subject, this one has been more realistic and truthful about the side effects.
Was there any discussion of cognitive changes due to ADT? I have noticed that I have less patience, I am quicker to tears, I am quicker to anger, my attention span is shorter, I have trouble now with simple arithmetic, and I have trouble remembering. I have found ways to cope, but my QoL has definitely been affected.

If you are looking for ways to relieve the side effects of ADT, look elsewhere. All of the side effects mentioned are well documented. This presentation only scratched the surface.

The sexual and the other side effects can be "lived with" or 'managed'? I'd rather be dead.
It’s the friggin’ worst
if i'm not sexually active and 80 then maybe I wouldn't care so much but as an active younger person ill take the risk of a few years less life extension . Its dreadful plus additional risks

You never mentioned anything about mental health with men low on testosterone hi for One I’m going through anxiety and rage. You never mention this.
