Incredible. Today we're touring at a brand new construction single family house in McLean, Virginia. An area known for its trophy-worthy homes and luxury designs. Stately was the most prominent word that came to mind when I first saw the completed project. None of its space is wasted... Every square foot is like another brush-stroke in the formation of a beautiful painting. Some homes are large just to be large... This home is large with purpose. A property that any home-owner would be proud to bring their guests to.

Dam, $4.1mill and there's no land.
At this price, I’d expect a whole lot more privacy. The neighbors are practically looking in here.
Lovely size house, but you didn’t really cover the back yard. It seems all house and no yard. Also, the spec of finishes and cabinetry is not of a very high spec for the price point of the house. Does the driveway or garage have an electric car charging point? I’d expect them in a new build.
Why on earth are they still putting hot water tanks in new builds, especially at this price point? Why aren't they using on-demand hot water systems? I'd be looking for more progress and efficiency than what I see in this house.
Yes, i agree. A bathroom should not be in close proximity to the kitchen. Infection control.
Beautiful house and the painting of the house, omg amazing
Agreed!
At this price , only one hot water heater ????? Who are you kidding? I wouldn’t wait for the hot water to arrive on the upper floors
I think even high-value homes should have sidewalks that go to meaningful places! It’s a real pet peeve for me and a total deal breaker as a home-buyer in NOVA. There’s no excuse for no sidewalks, I don’t want to live in a car island.
I love detailed home tour videos.
Luv it. Very detailed. You did a fantastic job showing it. You took your time..I'm truly a fan of that area...
Thank you. It is a great area!
Beautiful ❤

This house is very nice. As for price, this house is worth 4 mil, if you start added a bunch of land, it would easily push the price to 10 mil. McLean is a beautiful, rich feeling area. If I moved there and had 4 mil, I’d buy it, it’s gorgeous!
This is an amazing property. I was also hoping for energy saving upgrades in this modern home - like solar panels, eco-friendly heating/cooling system, and the reuse of grey water, etc... It's that extra mile, but it is indeed the road we are on as the world changes. Thanks good Sir for this tour. Excellent presentation as usual.
😂😂😂 to the eco advancements.
Super nice 🙈💔
this is a 2.5 m house, not 4.1 m
a good amount of space but seems very cookie cutter basic. finishes are not befitting a luxury home. privacy is lacking and the setback from neighbors is minimal. this would need a lot of work and the plot which is what really appreciates is not that big.
Everything is great about this house except I would need more land around it. It's too close to neighbors for me.
amazing💚💛
DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT THE HORSE PICTURE - need to know lol
Haha yes! Here it is:

@@ChaudryGhafoor thanks! Little out of my price range but DAMN is that beautiful
I would buy this house but i would have to do a little reconstruction with the kitchen and laundry room.
Ive always like for my kitchen to be off to itself. Not a fan of open floor plans and not in favor of washer dryer on 2nd floor. Those to features is a no go for me.
БУДЕШ МЕНІ ДЯКУВАТИ ДО КІНЦЯ СВОГО ЖИТТЯ !...
Цю хату , тоже , туда ...!
that house were sold...?
Yes it was
What’s up with the tiny houses in the area?
Neighborhoods which were originally built in the 1950s transitioning to luxury home areas
nice house, basement undone, how much will it cost to finish.+200,000
Weird that it’s literally across the street from homes that look like they only cost $250,000 at most. Makes it look like the president is living in the White House with neighbors that make like $30,000 a year. It’s stands out way too much. Lol.
Haha our area is a bit more pricey than that! The homes directly across the street are much less, but it's likely you would still find them being about $800,000. There are plenty of homes in the neighborhood as a whole which are the same price or greater.
I love it…….. I wish i had the money
Not worth it. 4.1M for No Privacy. No land.
This property is not it at all. Yes, the house is very nice. But I don’t care how nice the house is. That backyard is the worst I’ve ever seen. You can only enjoy the house for so long. That’s why we call them properties. You want to have a nice house on a nice plot of land and be able to enjoy them in conjunction. The price of this house is absurdly inflated especially for what you get. I have a friend in moorestown NJ who has a 11,000 sqft house with 2 acres of land cheaper than this property. And his house I much nicer.
Ok I watch a lot of these new construction videos and I’ll give it a thumbs up afterwards. But I hope you don’t mind me giving you some constructive criticism. Your video is way too long. You’re giving too many examples as to what the rooms can be used for. 35 minutes…why too long. It’s a gorgeous house. I fast forward.
It's an 11,000 square foot house that has been wonderfully done, flying through it like a tiktok video would serve no justice.
You know who does 5 minute videos of 10,000+sqft houses? People who have no knowledge or actual passion behind the product.
It is not a full bath unless it contains all 4 bathroom elements: sink, toilet, shower, tub. Technically that is a 3/4 bath, although it seems people ignore that distinction these days.
