I just can't understand why the record company didn't promote the album. With songs like this it should have caught fire with just the slightest hint of support. This is a gorgeous rendition. Well done and please keep it up!

I second that motion! Maddie is going to be one of those artist that we will talking about for decades. With her unique voice and delivery she stands alone when it comes to pure talent. The label should understand, if they don't grow with her she could grow out of them.

Agree! Though it’s not technically my style of music compared to Gabby. I stopped watching idol. But I do sometimes watch the UA-cam videos. And I am glad I didn’t watch idol this year these two contestants were out. Because I feel if I did I wouldn’t like Gabby as much. As some auditions I’ve seen of hers it sort of seemed to me she was more sort of screaming her music. And that’s one thing I can’t stand about some with powerful voices. Because they have them they think they need to scream almost every song. Instead of sing it in a controlled range like Whitney Houston could.
Maddie is one of the best vocalists to ever come from American Idol and her album was barely promoted! She is extremely talented and every single song is GOLDEN! How is this pure talent not #1 on the charts?? I mean come on.
I'm saddened not being at her show tonight in Philadelphia,at a small venue at that,and AND with Ingrid Michaelson,so so many happy fans in Philly tonight,Happier ppl after show,bringing that energy to society/the communities
