"To make infusion use 1 liter of hot water and 30 gr dry hearbs. Let sit min 4 hours with tight lid." This is for any one who has difficulty to hear. I have her books as well. But its so nice to see and listen to her.

Try coughing upside down Susan! ☺ (bend at the waist and cough like that.. gravity helps alot!) I always do that if i aspirate something, i can get breaths in without aspirating the liquid further and helps to cough it out. Thanks for these videos, i have alot of catching up to do as i just discovered your channel. 😁

Using a metal lid means condensation gathers under the lid due to the heat of the water and then drips back down into the tea. I do not want my tea being touched by a metal lid, so I use a jar with a glass lid or in a pinch I just cover the jar with a small glass plate or saucer. There really isn't any reason why you need the super tight canning seal on this.

Hello Ms. Weed! Well I guess this video answered my question from a previous video. On what u did with water infusions and how long they lasted. I don’t like doctors, haven’t been to one n about 20 years, even when I developed a thyroid problem, I didn’t go. I’d buy vitamins, take them for 2-3 days then forget about them, I don’t like pills either. What I love about your water infusions is...I have to have my fluids (I can go without food, but got to have my fluids) this method will definitely work for me. I’m happy ur showing what types of herbs, u mentioned where to get the oat one, can I get the others from the same place??? I have never heard of linden? Thank u

Question. I just started making salve I love it and it works well for me. Someone asked how do I know there isn't any bacteria in my salve, using it on a open wound or scratch if there is bacteria in in it could cause an infection?
Well I took every precaution possible to make it sanitary.
Do you have an answer for me to let people know it is safe to use? And why there is no bacteria in it!

    • @RunninUpThatHillh

I don't think she uses the internet... but there is a group on Facebook (you can find it if you look up her name), and then on Blog Talk Radio on Tuesdays you can call her and ask her... I am finding those two ways are the only ways to get hold of her. (The Facebook group has people that either follow her teachings or have mentored with her.. so their answers are great). I bet if you google her name and then dementia you'll find articles also. There's a lot she's written.. :)
