The first three, I was like, “Yeah, sure. Nice enough. I’ve seen it before.” Then came the “infinity braid”. That’s some next level pastry origami. I’m totally going to bust out a savory version of that the next time I need to blow some guests’ minds and palates.
The song for this video makes me think of a classic 1950's Hollywood glamor film about an aging Broadway star working with a new age director to mount a comeback as well as give the director a career boost. At first they hate each other, their opposite personalities and work ethics clashing, but over time they start to get along. And this is the song that would play when the Broadway star performs as the director looks on proudly.

Though I must say that is rather ironic for someone with the name "Scrib", which is short for "scribble" and is one of the synonyms for writing, to say.
Anyone know if it would work without the egg wash, like using melted butter instead or skipping it completely? These look good for Christmas, but I'm allergic to eggs. :(
