Yes they are! We felt so welcomed while we were in Taiwan! :D
I love this video so much! I am a boba fanatic so I adore getting anything similar to roasted oolong milk tea, jasmine milk tea etc. I prefer my milk tea to have a stronger tea flavour and the tapioca should be chewy with a hint of sweetness, but not too soft. I also enjoy grass jelly in my milk tea too but it has to be smooth and silky, not the dense kind haha.
