Sara changed Ramsey, because since he thought that Virginia didn't communicate with Sara, but she sabotaged Virginia, so now if you watch closely after season 2, if there was a lack of communication on a station, Ramsey now thinks if was a sabotage, because what Sara did.
Good god I fuckin hated Sara so much and she deserved to be let go 😭😭
honestly, i dont know how Gordon allows crap like this to happen. they arent JUST sabotaging one person. theyre literally sabotaging their entire team AND Gordons services...... to be sure they keep an eye on the behind-the-scenes footage so Gordon KNOWS he is being sabotaged too.....

I don't like Michelle or Sara at all. I also don't like Ariel Malone or Mia Castro. There's no way Mia should've made the final two. She kept getting frazzled in service, kept making mistakes that would've got others kicked out and refused to take responsibility. They are all two faced and won't take responsibility for their actions. They were only too eager to throw others under the bus. It drives me crazy when Ramsay doesn't see through it.
I honestly think its just a result of the competition being a tv show, you dont hear him talk about ariel as a legendary hells kitchen chef ya know

She didn't though...the refire was the only time she said it was done when it wasn't and that was because Manda didn't listen when she said that it needed longer. Also an allergy is not a disability...she is allergic to gluten not debilitated by gluten.
Honestly I loved Raj! He was sweet and funny through that season! Plus if you noticed how he sways when listening to people, that’s a sign of ADHD or autism, sometimes both.
Ikr! I noticed it almost immediately when he was having trouble with verbal commands and when he stuck his head in the freezer. Although, having worked in a few restaurants and fast food, sometimes a few minutes in the walk-in freezer really helps

Oddly enough I kind of find it cute when he does those things. I hope he’s doing alright wherever he’s at.

I was so mad about a lot of the eliminations. Zach should've gone home, not Ray. Sabrina should've gone home a LOT sooner.
As someone who has gluten issues I’m mad that the celiacs lass team was trying to mess her over like good god get your act together work as a team you shine better not being a freaking prick and food poisoning your customers

She didn't have to taste it to check if it was done, she also didn't have to ask anyone to taste it. Also Michelle didn't sabotage her the first time...she never even said that it was good. She said that it needed thirty more seconds...she didn't sabotage her until Manda didn't listen to her and took it up anyway and got called out for it. Michelle then told her the refire was good, so Manda decided to test that and asked someone else and they told her the truth. Watch the clip again. Manda is in such a hurry she didn't bother to listen and that is what screwed her not Michelle. She did try during the refire out of spite for Manda not listening the first time.
Am I the only one that can clearly see that? Like are y'all deaf... probably not because you are listening to this video. Are you blind then? Do you not see that there really was no sabotage...there was an attempt during the refire that was it.

I think it's ridiculous Michael sabotaging Ralph didn't make the list. This pretty much set the tone for the succeeding seasons. Jeff and Joseph meltdown didn't even sabotage their teammates. Poorly made video.

Without a doubt S1 between Michael and Ralph. During the construction crew service, Michael left the lobster out of the risotto, and Ralph didn't QC the food.

Elise Harris was the most disgusting contestant ever on HK. Every time she was up for elimination I prayed she'd get the boot. That season was when I figured out that sometimes they keep horrible people & sub par, so called chef's just for the ratings that the drama created.
Michelle did ALOT of sabotaging during the All-Star season
You have e to keep in mind that some of these people were kept on for ratings. Especially with what happened to Jennifer. Ratings are king!

Season 5 is the nastiest and most hated season. I can’t believe she won
I thought the most hated season would have been seven. The weakest group of chef and Scott never shutting up about how amazing he was at being a leader and how he was good he was at being a chef amongst cooks. And they had by far the weakest winner.

Sara was no good she was useless, couldn't cook or anything how she made the show have no idea but then again many contestants shouldn't be on either.
He did Jessica a favour. A chef who avoids confrontation would have a hard time running a kitchen.
I honestly think Ramsay let Jessica go because she truly just didn’t want to be there and I don’t think he’d want somebody who was miserable to stay, but he should’ve also let Gia go because she sucked

Yup. At least she didn't have to deal with the blue team. They were what drove her to pack and want to leave. I think that was their strategy bully all the girls to leaving. They tried again with Kimberly but she wasn't as timid as Jessica and had less family trauma.
