Think earlier 46 km took 5-6 hpurs now it is done within 10-15 minute covering 9km tunnel and you are there.

i have seen this tunnels when i was in Manali few tunnels are made only but work is going but what i can say what feel you get without tunnel area is awsome river , weather and sight seeing is beautiful but for logistics and all of this we need tunnel and ya Rohtang Pass required tunnel to connect with area!
Step motherly attitude towards Ladhakh, Jammu and North East has run its course now that UPA is no longer in power.
Was there in 2017 saw the this tunnel. Construction work was on going on full fledge.

Congress is the worst party . I am from kashmir and kashmir to jammu rail project was supposed to finish in 2007 now it will take 2021 to complete . I dont like bjp but still in terms of infrastructure . In my state i have seen a lot change
