    He has the speed and endurance, now he just needs to fix his form. If he can improve his form, he can lower that time to sub-19.90s

    Florida coach definitely spoke to Wanya McCoy about that finish with the team title on the line. Fortunately, Florida still won by one point.

    They said “Auhmad Robinson form is not good at all” but he proceeded to walk down the Gator’s 4th leg and win the 4x4 this year….. and run a 43.2!!! I think for some people it comes down to getting use to your natural running form. Congratulations CT🔥

    His last 50m needs to stabilise. He is strong and have velocity he has 19.60 s definitely this guy

    This is the type of guy that could improve. His form is an absolute train wreck, he probably needs to gain strength from Olympic lifts, but he has talent

      Funny how the guys who won the 200 and 400 at this meet have "bad form." Maybe we need to re-evaluate what "good form" means.

      @@tracktuary bad form is any wasted movement or rotation that is side to side instead of straight ahead and back. No running coach would tell you to rotate your body while sprinting. Get mad.

    The one guy whom won has the type of arm movement I’ve been mentioning to anyone who plays track and field. His 6for 4 motion is perfect. Remember 6 for 4.

    The track and field announcers are the worst in any sport on any level. Dwight Stones must be 120 years old, and the other has been dude proves great athletes DO NOT necessarily make great announcers. They misidentify runners, mispronounce names, get facts wrong. Geezus, it is so horribly pathetic. I have to turn of the sound for every highlight.
