Lance has a beautiful 3a-3b curly hair, he has mix of those types, looks very similar to my hair type on top, it's not wavy at all, wavy hair usually needs more length to show those weak S shaped loose waves

@manuelenriqueee Oh and also another proof that he has curly hair is, that wavy hair usually can't handle a lot of product and it straightens out giving it a very loose straighter look, while curly hair becomes even tighter with the use of products, that's the response to hydration. It's generally very hard to make wavy hair look curly especially 2b or 2a wavy hair, while 2c has more potential to look curly, it'll still be weighted down and straightened out with a lot of products. A lot of people don't understand curly hair that much and that's why they call loose or large diameter curls waves, so just keep in mind that if your hair is puffy and voluminous with 0 products and has some curl and it also becomes even tighter with the use of products instead of being weighted down, it is curly hair and NOT wavy.

Hi Manuel, my hair looks really wavy and curly when it is wet and i am just out of the shower, but when it dries, it just looks straight. I have tried a leave in conditioner and curl cream, but it's not really working, what should i do?
How “wavy” is your hair with no products?
When I use no products my hair is just straight and frizzy but when I apply creams and leave in conditioners it gets curly but only at the front. I think I have to grow it out more I guess.

@@manuelenriqueee when my hair is fully wet and I just get out of the shower and have no products in, my hair is a mixture of 2A, 2B and 2C waves, but mostly 2B when it is wet. Then, when I let it air dry, it becomes straight (around 1B-1C) and doesn't have that definition or curl pattern when it is wet. I have tried using a leave in conditioner and curl cream to help my hair stay defined even when it dries, but that doesn't seem to helping much. What do you recommend that I do to help my hair stay as the same as it is when it is wet? Do you have any specific product recommendations or styling techniques I should use - it would really benefit me a lot bro?

Hey so I have 2 questions. So when I get out of the shower what should I do to my hair. And second I have a perm and my sides are getting long so what cuts would look good with my perm. (Also my hair is dark brown)
Leave the sides long and after you washed your hair in the shower you should apply either a leave-in (+ other styling products) or if you just want one product then just a curl creme. But you need to lock in the moisture

Hey manuel quick question, up until i turned 3 my hair was really really curly but then my parents decided to cut it short, then when my hair grew it came out straight, now i am 14 years old and i am noticing some small curls forming up at the front and only the front how do i get curls at the back and middle?

After washing and using leave in conditioner and curl cream, when I leave to air dry it stays kinda flat and becomes difficult to work with and give volume.
Is it just too short?
Yes maybe it’s too short but air drying won’t give you as much volume as you could get with diffusing. Also you could try out a mousse cause that gives your curls more volume

Lighter products is something like the manuka honey and yogurt leave in from Shea moisture

If you use a curl creme you don’t need any other products. But you can also do leave-in, mousse, gel

Leave in doesn’t make your hair more curly. It just hydrates your curl. But with the scrunching technique you can make your hair more curly

If you sweat a lot and your scalp feels greasy you should wash it with shampoo
My hair is not that greasy and a lit bit dry should i rinse out my hair with water or wash it and use conditioner
I deal with a lot of frizz even useing a reguler conditioner and cantu still get alot of frizz any products/tips I should use
Start using hair masks once a week
And stop using cantu, over the long run Cantu will make your hair dryer if you don’t use it. I used it for 4 years and I realized it hurt my hair
