Yeah I just got another new critter the other day I gotta do new enclosure for definitely stoked about that. So stay tuned if you want to see what I got 🤗
I looked at the thumbnails at the end of this vid, one of the recommendations was "Do you feel something crawling on you?" (A creepypasta) 😱🤣 Needless to say, when it comes to Scolopendra, I prefer to live vicariously. Lovely new build for an impressive beastie though.
Do you have/ what is the process you use to treat your elements from outside? You’re absolutely correct in that adding them really elevates the set up, but I’m terrified of doing it myself. But yeah, really great work as always!
I tend to sun bleach most of my found objects such as woods etc…. Give them a solid wash to remove loose material then put them on a table in full sun for a few days or longer seems to solve any issues
Nice video Biggs, great looking enclosure, the more i see centipedes, the more im sure i dont want one, they freak me out, amazing to watch but.....not one for my collection.
@@realmnatura As I said, fascinating to watch, just freak me the hell out, even the little ones in the gardens lol, maybe I should collect a few and get use to them that way.
The skull and bones really make this enclosure pop :)

I wish I could justify the cost of some of the really exotic ones but these give me just as much excitement.

That’s what I was thinking as well. My wife found it at work in a derelict parts car at work
