Just a suggestion, to prepare the lettuce you should remove the core, fill with cold water untill it runs out of the head. Then turn upside down in colander to drain, then store in fridge.
That's awesome Kayla is working out and feeling better. Gives me some inspiration back to do the same. I haven't been able to walk hardly for the past 7 years. It would be awesome to get at least some of that ability back..I had a brain tumor.
Our city got our new NHL team and had a party at the hockey rink yesterday...Wow!! They had to lock the doors after 25,000 seat arena was full and there were a whole ton of people outside and activities were going on there too.
You can do it! I have faith in you all it takes is that first step and that's the hardest one. I wish you all the best. ❤

Aww aspen is so cute and adorable. Aspen was funny when she was eating her banana. Yeah liza is spending the whole weekend.? Aspen and the twins are so cute and adorable too. Kayla is such a special mom to aspen and the twins too. Tracy is such a special grandma to aspen and the twins too., bryleigh is such a special aunt to aspen and the twins too. Aden is such a sweet uncle to aspen and the twins too., I love all of your vlogs too. I’m glad that Liza is at your house and iam glad that I got to see Liza too.

I just started working out again if I can do it Kayla can too love watching your channel
When I sprained my ankle I put it in bucket of cold water and boy does that help, you just have to slowly put your foot in about 30 minutes is what I did or even longer if you can handle the cold water.
