@futurebestseller84 ur right...i've been bodybuilding for 4 years now, and actually didn't develop the pump feeling and truely control it till at least 2 years of constant training....now i can do the second set of an exercise and feel it goinn...and BTW kevin james is athletic...he just loves food...lol...love the guy...
