The biggest problem with the RCP2 for duel PC streaming is the lack of more virtual tracks. RODE has claimed to be working on adding more for 9+ months now.

If I knew RCP2 only has 3 channels and in order to have them I need to plugin both of the type-c cables, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. And I don't think they are giving more virtual channels to RCP2. That's why they released SteamerX or whatever it's called. Everything we need is in that device.

I can chime in a little bit here as someone who owns both the Mackie DLZ Creator and the Rodecaster Duo. Both are fantastic and seem to be excellent for anyone who wants a hardware recording solution. I had gotten the Duo first to use in a dual PC streaming setup. Why does a person need to plug in device to two computers to capture audio in post ? Can you be more specific about the advantages of this with the rcp2 ?
Got my Mackie working with Linux, by going out with balance leads to my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, then USB out to my PC. No longer need Windows to load up settings for GOXLR. Never before has my voice ever sounded so clean. I'm a musician too, though have not plugged in my 1956 Hofner President into this as of yet, or my Gretsch. The problem with a lot of these mixers is they rely on Windows software, but Mackie has it all built in, plus the benefit of having an off switch and knowing that your settings are remembered is a must. Screen is perfect too. I do my own show for work on WhatsApp, though the 16mb limit of sound file upload, only leaves total minutes of 40 minutes, using open source sound converter mixing output to very low quality, but the Variable Bitrate to best quality, resample to 11KHz and the sound is still good enough.
Biggest issue with the Elgato ecosystem; that software is not just helpful, it's required to make everything work because the mics and the capture cards misreport their hardware.
An awesome review. Thanks a ton Harris. The 2 devices seem quite solid for content creation. Thank you for making this, with the GoXLR no longer having support ive been keeping an eye out for a replacement when they are inevitably rendered useless
The GoXLR lives on with unofficial / Officialish 3rd party support. They recently even added Mac support which TC Helicon never did. So I wouldn't be so quick to throw in the towel on the GoXLR. Besides it just works without issues. Personally I'll stick with the official software as long as it works. Then switch over to the 3rd party software only when needed long before I'd give Rode a dime.
If you are looking for a GoXLR alternative, DON'T BUY RCP2. For one thing, in GoXLR you get 5-7 channels right? In RCP2, you only have 3 channels, so for your mic, discord and system sound and that's it. If you want another channel for your spotify, you can't. And you need to connect two type-c cables to your computer cos 1st cable give you two channels and 2nd one gives you the 3rd channel. If you love the routing table of goxlr and gives it 10, RCP2's routing table scroes 2. It sucks so much.
The Mackie is pretty amazing, being a single creator I've been eyeballing the Rodecaster Duo!! Can't wait to see your video on it.... this means now you need to make it! Love your content!!
Sorry for the long question but hopefully you can help I'm currently using the Rodecaster Pro 2 with a two PC setup. Gaming on a Windows PC and sending the image over to OBS on a M2 MacBook Pro using the Elgato HD60 X, it's pretty easy to capture the audio from the roadcaster on the Windows PC but this is where my problem is, I also record music on my MacBook using an Apogee Symphony interface into protools. what is the best way to use the Apogee Symphony interface as my main source on the MacBook pro and at the same time feed that audio to the Rodecaster so that the stream can hear the music session as I hear it. Or maybe there's a way to use both interfaces at the same time?, idk Note I tried headphone out of the Apogee interface into a line in on the Rodecaster but it wasn't that great , how would you attack this ?
Do either of these have digital input/output for each channel within windows sound settings? Or is it only a mix from the device into the PC? That's the single most important thing for me.
I don't know about Mackie, I own the rodecaster pro 2.. But yes it does have digital inputs and outputs to computers. The usb c ports on the rodecaster pro 2 are 2 way channels, that you have full individual channels routing and volume control over. Plus the primary usb port on the rodecaster has another 2 way channel. In otherwords if you need to, you can have a total of 3 inputs and outputs into 1 computer with 2 usb c cables. Personally, I use 2 of those channels for sub mixes for streaming, one is what twitch/youtube hears and the other is what I record on obs that doesn't have music and some sound effects. The 3rd channel I just run my mic through for discord/zoom etc
Would have to be the RODECaster Pro 2 for me. I don't know what they're like for it these days, but I had a Mackie interface years ago and as impressed as I was with the quality of it; the driver issues kind of put me off for life.
Had them both..now I have the boss gigcaster 8..it rules big time..they are all great..big screen of the Mackie s super! But boss has so much effects..especially for vocals..very usefull..try it out..thanks for the vid..regards
Hola! Great vid, think I will stick with my Rode Caster pro 2. One thing I noticed, you where talking about your dual setup is a pc and mac. Does that work? I am considering changing my streamer pc, with a Mac mini m2. Thanks! Keep up the great work
6:09 How?! How the hell can I assign a Rode Unify virtual track to a fader!? It's been MONTHS since I'm looking for this feature and never found it. This thing alone could kill the GoXLR.
As someone who not only streams games but also likes to do voice overs and sing, which one would you suggest? Currently looking into either of these and have experience with the Mackie Profx12v2 for my DJ/KJ setup for gigs. While I've been looking at the Rodecaster pro 2 for livestreams and YT talking head videos, the Mackie DLZ Creator just came into my view and was just curious how it worked for you compared to the Rode.
Im leaning toward the Mackie, I have an acoustic guitar with an amazing pickup (Takamine makes the best pickups I have ever heard, will run it through a special acoustic guitar pedal in stereo), a Yamaha Motif XF8 (stereo), & a vocal microphone (Shure MV7) & PC for MIDI instrumentation that I want to route audio out to a Behringer Curve DSP 2496 which auto-eqs my 8-inch monoprice studio monitors & 10-inch monoprice sub to provide a sound signature that is as close to "flat" as possible. Im honestly torn between the Mackie and the Allen and Heath touch mixer because quite frankly, the price is very similar. I have some other things that would be nice to run thru the mixer, a Maschine+ and the Akai MPC Live 2 for example, and the Allen and Heath unit provides more IO for that. One other thing of note, Im also leaning toward the Allan and Heath because my current Mackie mixer stopped functioning, I think because dust got into the faders (its a 10+ year old mixer) and the less gaps in the mixer, the fewer chances for anything bad to get in the mixer... not that I dump stuff into it, just dont want to replace the thing for a long, long time.
I’ve been looking at the mackie for a while, how is it with windows? Is it possible to control windows audio with the faders? All I see online is how great it is for podcasters but nothing about the super basics lol
can i ask something?? so i want make channel streaming. our plan is 1 channel have 3-4 player.... so do know how to changes pov player?? so player 1 want to changes pov to pov player 2.... but still in 1 channel....
So this may be a stupid question, but I haven’t been able to get a definitive answer from anyone. With the either, can you set each fader to be something different from the PC like the Elgato wave? Like will it detect a capture card? I do mostly console streaming but also do a podcast and I’ve been waiting for something like this to come along. Right now I have pc, capture card, music, discord, and mic with the appropriate sub mixes. Will either be able to do the same?
I have the Rode Caster Pro2 and I have one issue with it and I can not find the answer anywhere. Is there a way to use a virtual cable to assign the sliders, like the way the GoXLR is in the audio setting on the PC? I have asked a lot of people and I have not gotten a straight answer. Really would like someone that knows way more about this to maybe break it down. I use a dual PC setup and I want to be able to mute my browser source on my PC when lurking other streamers while still hearing them in my headphones. But not go out to the stream. I can do this on the GoXLR but not the caster pro2.
I currently have my GoXLR routed through my Focusrite 2i2. I want to replace this set up with a Mackie so I have enough inputs for 2 guitars and 2 mics maybe, I also think getting this would make being able to stream Neural DSP Archetypes just straight to a stream instead of having to run Reaper into OBS then through the stream. I'm hoping it will be Archetype then Stream. I also need something to push my RP8 Monitors, as a musician I love having full control of the audio. But as a bad friend I like being able to set up sounds and stream them from my phone.
I’m using all the new RØDE gear rcp2, duo and the streamer X. All good and work perfectly for my purposes. I especially like dual USB ports since I bring in secondary audio into my stream or while I’m working, I can bring in audio / through remote sharing to my second MacBook Pro m2 and not have it go out to my main stream. I have it on my third 4k monitor up in to a small part of the corner. Little hard to explain in works vs visually 😎
I’ve been looking for a replacement for my GoXLR Mini as it seems it will be obsolete soon. I would love either of these, although they seem a little too much for what I do. Do you have recommendations on similar platforms but smaller maybe, or that doesn’t have as much I/O or functionality.
getting me a rode, I need that to properly separate/control audio between the two PC's. GOxlr mini been cool to control audio at a touch of a finger but the lack of separation is annoying. I loved using Voicemeeter but the LAN functionality was very inconsistent, latency concerns. Sold on the Rode.
well i still need to figure out where to go so ill leave the emoji for engagement and as of now not in my budget it would def be overkill for sure but when i do i know what video to come back to so thanks again harris
Wow, this was a great leading up to move for Mackie. Rode did a big one then made smaller ones from it. That way they gave you value in the smaller ones. Mackie toyed with the idea before going "Booff!!!!! here's a studio console!!!" 😂
Reminds me of the way phones evolved (as mocked by the Zoolander films) - they just kept getting smaller and smaller until we started using touchscreens more and then they suddenly got even bigger than when they started.
speaking of mixers, after the go xlr announcement that software is not being developed anymore, and a possibility of bugs, is it still worth getting a go xlr mini or should I now go for the razer audio mixer. Also has the razer software improved at all?
What are your thoughts on the RodeCaster Duo? I am a console streaming with a dedicated PC and I am thinking about getting the RodeCaster Duo to replace my Go XLR mini
I want both for different reasons! Love the Mackie controls; especially as a sound guy and music educator. Probably gonna go with the smaller one though; for desk space reasons 😅
I've been seriously considering both of these devices for over a month now and my decision has gotten 100x harder because they're both fantastic devices... Thank you for giving me a good problem
I have a Rodecaster Pro 2 and I can't say I love it but it has cool colors! I'm an amature musician and I wanted to use the RCP2 to interface with my DAW (I owned most of them) but I have yet to find ANYONE that has successfuly done this. Have you or anyone you know been able to do this or would the Mackie be a better choice? Who am I kidding I really need an excuse to by the Mackie lol. Really thought I like the new update that allows you to send and recieve audio from anywhere (NDI).
Rocking the Rode myself... Looking forward to when RODE gets the software they have for the Streamer X (Unify) working on the ProCaster... will be able to fine tune the mixes even more. Allegedly its on the rodemap...
im looking to replace my GoXLR mini with the RODEcaster Duo... lets me plug in both my Gaming and Workstation/Encoding PC for streams + Plug in a Second Mic for Recording without having to unplug the other
That dual USB on the Rode is going to be a game changer. This would be so useful where I run my Axe FX into my Mac primarily but also record it sometimes into my PC for guitar. Future 👀
My GoXLR mini setup had a major issue and stopped working for a 2PC audio setup. I really wanted the Rodecaster Duo but it's straight unavailable. So I got the RPC2. It's super overkill but problem solved.
Since I want something for my windows mac dual stream setup the rode seems a bit more to my liking, but I probably will never need that many channels for microphones :D If I got either of those, how would I implement it with an existing GoXLR mini?
IM kinda leading more towards the rode due to the 2 usbc connection for dual setup, but im also into the mackie for the pro version and fine tune, thsi isnt making my choice any easier, just harder hahaha, love the video, appreciate the info and insight of each device!
1 have a question about the DLZ creator, when I record it on multi track on the SD card. It splits the audio after 18 minutes of recording an hour podcast can be split into four different portions. Have you found out to be an issue or work around for it?
No solution,Mackie support ignoring questions about it. The Mackie system is built on fat32 which is outdated and doesn't support large files (over 2gb in this case) so all your recording split up. The other major problem is the lack of timestamps
In elgato wave link softwere or goxlr or BEACN, you can have 6-9 channels for your mic, your game, system sound, browser and spotify etc. In RCP2, you only have 3 channels and you need to plugin both of the type-c lines as 1st one gives 2 channels and 2nd one give you one. Comparing to the routing tables in goxlr and BEACN the RCP2 one is a joke and one of the most confusing thing I've ever used. RCP2 is for podcasters or music content creators, not for streamers, especially those who are used to goxlr, elgato and beacn. That's why RODE released streamer X later.
As someone with a 2 PC Setup I am having a huge issue with my Mackie in that the 'analog' portion that is transferring audio to my Stream PC is elevated VS the audio that is transfered via my USB C. I've contacted Mackie but while I've gotten it working the less control on sub mixing etc on the Mackie is a huge disadvantage. Granted I'm one of those 'crazy' people you mentioned. I took a leap on the mackie and they've assured me with future software and firmware updates they will fix this....but starting to look like I'm going to need to return mine and get a Rode Procaster 2 instead.

Works like a charm...however the USB audio going to the gaming computer is HEAVILY quiet and very frustrating. Audio is completely different from USB vs the 'analog'

@@Relli843 Duo 2 was the only one that did what I needed, which is a bummer because I like the look of the Dmz a lot. But yes Duo 2 does everything I need and is awesome
2 HUGE advantage of DLZ , 2 stereo analog inputs through some audio interface you can add 4 more microphones and there is automix , it would be good if you could activate it on all channels
I replaced my broken goXLR with the rodecaster pro II... Never have regret it since. It is absolutely great for my 2 PC setup. The dual USB is a gamechanger. Still lacks a few virtual channels, but I solved that problem with a StreamDeck +. Also, having the possibility of Back channels for talking to you gaming buddies, without going out to stream with just a press of smart pad is pretty great. Thanks for your video Harris...
@@NasDa by using the wave link software for virtual channels....gives me another 9 virtual channels and I can control them physically with the dials on the SD+
@@tokaji9092 ye that's what I thought. Bro I have the duo and the stream x. Tbh you only need one or the other but since your talking about video the streamer x is super clutch you can run it with your console and pc at the same time or dual pc as well. I’m using my second streamer x on my 2nd ps5 digital and streaming rig it’s works perfectly fine unless you want to use unify with a Mac they haven’t released the software for Mac but you can still you it just won’t have full control without the software and the voice changer works to perfection live in game
@@VinoSayySoo Awesome, I still wish harris does a video on it. But I am going to have a very simple streaming setup without consoles or 2nd pc. Both of these would be highly compelling for a high end stream setup... If they had the virtual audio inputs/outputs, like Elgato Wave Link, Beacn, or the GoXLR.

1:22 - the best kind of ASMR my lord
Sorry for the long question but hopefully you can help
I'm currently using the Rodecaster Pro 2 with a two PC setup. Gaming on a Windows PC and sending the image over to OBS on a M2 MacBook Pro using the Elgato HD60 X,
it's pretty easy to capture the audio from the roadcaster on the Windows PC but this is where my problem is, I also record music on my MacBook using an Apogee Symphony interface into protools. what is the best way to use the Apogee Symphony interface as my main source on the MacBook pro and at the same time feed that audio to the Rodecaster so that the stream can hear the music session as I hear it. Or maybe there's a way to use both interfaces at the same time?, idk
Note I tried headphone out of the Apogee interface into a line in on the Rodecaster but it wasn't that great , how would you attack this ?
Did you get any solutions for this?
@RENO_OfficialYT not a perfect solution but you can use one of the headphone inputs from the apogee out to one of the line in ports on the roadcaster
Great video, really useful.. still pondering..
Thanks a lot for the teaching lessons with all your videos bud. Simplifying the learning curve for us beginner/amateurs !
Would have to be the RODECaster Pro 2 for me. I don't know what they're like for it these days, but I had a Mackie interface years ago and as impressed as I was with the quality of it; the driver issues kind of put me off for life.
What are drivers?
Had them both..now I have the boss gigcaster 8..it rules big time..they are all great..big screen of the Mackie s super! But boss has so much effects..especially for vocals..very usefull..try it out..thanks for the vid..regards
Hola! Great vid, think I will stick with my Rode Caster pro 2.
One thing I noticed, you where talking about your dual setup is a pc and mac. Does that work? I am considering changing my streamer pc, with a Mac mini m2. Thanks! Keep up the great work
@6:58 the rodecaster pro2 has granular control in many functions, for instance in the equalzer menu, long press on high gain and you get "high Q".
I've had my eye on the Mackie as a musician. I've been using a ProFXv6, which works great, but it is lacking a bit for audio routing.
8:36 so we're both the idiots here. I'm good with that 😂😂 very helpful video!
Been waiting to see your video one the RODEcaster!!!
does the mackie have similar/deep audio routing controls like the RCP II?
Any plans to review the rodecaster duo or streamer x?
absolutely the best comparison out there
Could you do (or have you done) a video on the RodeCaster Duo?
I wish I had access to your opinion 24 7. I trust your take more than any other streamer. Thank you for being such a source of knowledge
Thanks!
Do either have a routing table like the goXLR?
I’ve been looking at the mackie for a while, how is it with windows? Is it possible to control windows audio with the faders? All I see online is how great it is for podcasters but nothing about the super basics lol
How portable is the Mackie if I want to travel within for a group of guests?
It's very large
I’m looking into getting the Rodcaster Duo. To replace the GoXLR mini my son and I use for our PC’s. Is that a good equal or is there better options?
Whats the difference between the mackie streaming mixer and something like tascam model 12?
can i ask something?? so i want make channel streaming. our plan is 1 channel have 3-4 player.... so do know how to changes pov player?? so player 1 want to changes pov to pov player 2.... but still in 1 channel....
Is there any other audio device like the GoXLR? I heavily depend on the profiles and motorized faders.
Can you do a video on the rode pod mic USB?
How is ndi useful ?
Rocking the Rode myself... Looking forward to when RODE gets the software they have for the Streamer X (Unify) working on the ProCaster... will be able to fine tune the mixes even more. Allegedly its on the rodemap...
You should review the Tascam Mixcast 4
im looking to replace my GoXLR mini with the RODEcaster Duo... lets me plug in both my Gaming and Workstation/Encoding PC for streams + Plug in a Second Mic for Recording without having to unplug the other
That dual USB on the Rode is going to be a game changer. This would be so useful where I run my Axe FX into my Mac primarily but also record it sometimes into my PC for guitar. Future 👀
As far as dual PC could I run HDMI or sound card out to my stream PC?
My GoXLR mini setup had a major issue and stopped working for a 2PC audio setup. I really wanted the Rodecaster Duo but it's straight unavailable. So I got the RPC2. It's super overkill but problem solved.
Since I want something for my windows mac dual stream setup the rode seems a bit more to my liking, but I probably will never need that many channels for microphones :D
If I got either of those, how would I implement it with an existing GoXLR mini?
Harris, how are you defining content creator vs professional for these mixers?
It’s less about what line of work you’re in and more about how much training you have in audio. That was just a simple way to convey that idea.
@@Senpai Thanks - I just wanted to know where you guys were coming from
Been out if the loop for a bit but is there anything like this that have 2 USB interfaces so you can connect 2 PCs or have no one made that yet? =)
I love listening to Harris talk about audio gear xD
I’d loke to find a PC mixer that has several hardware faders, but only to control mixing software on the computer (like VoiceMeeter)
@senpai Could you look at current budget interfaces like the FIFINE Ampligame SC3? I would love to see your opinion on them
As someone with a 2 PC Setup I am having a huge issue with my Mackie in that the 'analog' portion that is transferring audio to my Stream PC is elevated VS the audio that is transfered via my USB C. I've contacted Mackie but while I've gotten it working the less control on sub mixing etc on the Mackie is a huge disadvantage. Granted I'm one of those 'crazy' people you mentioned. I took a leap on the mackie and they've assured me with future software and firmware updates they will fix this....but starting to look like I'm going to need to return mine and get a Rode Procaster 2 instead.
how are you routing the "analog portion"? The aux out on the Mackie is pro-grade...
@@michaelj.4187 Using the LR Green Out directly into the Stream PC. Then to get the audio back I'm using Jack 3 with an XLR male to 3.5MM Male. Works like a charm...however the USB audio going to the gaming computer is HEAVILY quiet and very frustrating. Audio is completely different from USB vs the 'analog'
@@gunz_guntaku - no way of gain staging the usb audio out? I can with the audiofuse studio and id 44, and as well in vMix...
@@michaelj.4187 I'm well aware that you can use external software to do it. However given the power of the device it SHOULD be native to the device that I can separate gain the USB Audio out. Very annoying.
@@gunz_guntaku - the software is part of the total package engineered into the units I've used as a reference, nonetheless, you've made a subjective analysis that may not be realistic in most circumstances...acceptance is an important step of the evolution of the person, and furthermore, if you feel a swap to a different unit will solve the problem you may very well run into other issues that are annoying in other ways...happy hunting and sending love and peace to everyone...
"Everything here is great. Can I stress that enough? Everything is great." - Harris when not talking about Twitch in current year.
Question: I want to do a 6 input podcast. What recommendations do you guys have for 6 input audio interface which has the quality as good as the Rodecaster Pro ll? Should I get 2 Rodecaster Pro ll connected to one macbook? So I have 8 inputs? Does it work? Or if not, what should I do?
But will it blend?
Im sorry if you went over this.. ive got this and the duo 2 in my cart im so torn between both ..I come from mainly using goxlr and before that wavelink software . Im wanting to split channels between my mic, game audio , and say a music source (UA-cam,Spotify Etc.) i like to play music for my friends in Doscord char and would like to control the volume of each of those sources on here .. is that possible? I see there is only one usb c connected to computer with this device. That doesnt turn into multiple virtual channels does it?
Did either work for you?
@@Relli843 Duo 2 was the only one that did what I needed, which is a bummer because I like the look of the Dmz a lot. But yes Duo 2 does everything I need and is awesome
@@Charlesfrausto thanks bc I need to add a 2nd mic to a dual pc setup for a 2nd person to be able to join so I was trying to figure it all out
2 HUGE advantage of DLZ , 2 stereo analog inputs through some audio interface you can add 4 more microphones and there is automix , it would be good if you could activate it on all channels
In goxlr you have 7 channels, in RCP2 you only have 3 with both type-c cables connected. How did you fix it with stream deck+?
@@NasDa by using the wave link software for virtual channels....gives me another 9 virtual channels and I can control them physically with the dials on the SD+
@@tokaji9092 ye that's what I thought. You need another mixing software or device (elgato wave link software or BEACN mix device) to make it work for streaming so basically RCP2 turns into an audio interface with sound pad. IMO if a product needs another device to do its job then it's a bad product. That's why I regret buying RCP2 in the first place.
@@NasDa for me it is so much more. I have my microphone, my DJ controller connected to it. I have my wireless microphones connected to. I use the back channel smart pads for talking to team mates off stream. And the big advantage is the two USB. With it, I can use my microphone on both my PC's, with just one mixer. Also, I had the SD+ anyways and why not utilize it. So for me it is good as it is...and maybe one day we will see more virtual channels ;)
@@NasDayour referring to mixing audio in post ?
i would like to know what you have to say about rode procaster duo I'm looking for a new mixer and the RODECaster Pro 2 is to much for the setup i have
I hadn't even looked at the Mackie before this. Now I'm trying to decide which one to get.
What one would you recommend for console streamers? . I have a goxlr right now .
If your on the console I wouldn’t get either I would get the streamer x it’s cheaper way cheaper does the same things and has a video card built in with dual usb c connections for dual console or pc to Console
The rodecaster is not fully compatible with PlayStation 5 idk about Xbox tho
It is fully compatible with the ps5
What about the ps4 .
@@DAZ3OO I will check with my ps4 later and get back to you
which one has the most virtual audio?
Never watched before video comparing products from same category, having positive opinion for each. But that's Harris! Thanks for the video!
Finding all the easter eggs that are also in the description and chapters
Great video as always Harris. I have a Goxlr and sm7b if I ever change it will probably be rodecaster
The peel it's like asmr in the morning 1:18
I LOVE!,.,,my Tascam Mixcast 4. It's selling new for half the price of these and does tons.
I would still love for you to add console/pc setup to these reviews. The goxlr did this perfectly with the optical port but every other device seems to have issues and or the reviews never talk about it. Since you already mention dual PC I feel like this would be an easy include to test.
3:18 why not just run the guitar into the 7/8 1/4" jacks? Do you demand XLR or are you using those for something else? Ahh 4:10, lol. As a guitar player, that was the very first thing I looked for on the very first overview video I saw from Mackie.
👍 Thanks.
Rode streamer X review please 🙏. I want to see your opinion on it. As i am this close 🤏 to get one. Capture card with interface combo is so sleek and enticing
Just a fancy Mirroless cam and a good XLR mic into 1 streamlined sleek unit is a dream to me. Instead of using an interface and elgato capture card and other stuff
Bro it works great with my R10 you won’t be let down. And yeah he should do full reviews
@@VinoSayySoo Good to hear. Thanks 🙏
Both of these would be highly compelling for a high end stream setup... If they had the virtual audio inputs/outputs, like Elgato Wave Link, Beacn, or the GoXLR.
Seems like the Rode is an easy choice for 2 pc setups, that screen on the Mackie speaks to me.
Could anyone please inform me how to connect my Mackie Dlz creator to my M1 Macbook pro? Are there any drivers needed? I'm trying to connect to logic pro X and i can't !
I now need the DLZ - WHY! you ask - Because!!
I have the rodecaster and I love it so much.
Rockin' a Behringer X32 Compact for mine. The only thing I wish would be the ability to program hot keys on it in the software (X32-Edit) But that's never happening...
On the Mackie you connect as many PC s as you want through NDI 😁 main reason for buying
But you have only 1 fader to control them all, you can't assign different faders for the task, and it's only stereo multi track
