Bought SVM back in 2015 ~$1. Took some profits at the end of 2019, around $5. Holding ever since. Don’t see Silvercorp CEO interviewed much. Thx Matt, much appreciated! Btw, can you get Taseko (TGB) CEO back on your show? Been a few years..
I would consider a buy, if they were listed in China and I could hold them there. After the stolen Russian ADR it is a no for me. Nobody had any interest to help. Not Russia, not US and the companies could not. Northamerica is now a very high risk investment area and cross border to Asia from there is suicidal. Thanks for the info.
no, he is suggesting there is a lure into working in the city life of China (as there is in other countries with big metropolitan cities) as opposed to work in the mines, so you're not likely to see young folks flocking to the grind of the mines. BUT, he is suggesting you can get skilled workers that can navigate around new technologies that presumably SVM has and so you can sort of counter that need for young efficiency in labour... i think

Good point. I own SVM and also I DID have my Russia Van Eck ETF RSX stolen from me by the CBOE
8:30 did he imply that mine laborers don’t get paid enough to have a cell phone? Versus a city food delivery driver?
