Great video Lucy, very informative 😀👍I visited Dubai many years ago & enjoyed my time there. I've always fancied going back & maybe one day setting up a base there & getting a nice investment property which would allow me as much time as I wished to say yet allowing me to enjoy travelling elsewhere. Keep up the great work, I'm hoping within the next two years I will be able to set my plans in monition, the golden visa looks appealing at the moment but I understand a lot can happen in two years.
@fatwallet13 thanks YES Dubai is going from strength to strength...you know you CAN buy a home under construction for 4 years and pay installments interest free?
@@lucyjparker_ That's good to know & from watching your video on the new palm project I imagine there will be development for a good few years to come so I might well catch one of those at an early stage.
@@fatwallet13 dm me as prices are going up every next launch !!! He ce why on a city/ community like Palm Jebel Ali that will tale 25 years, you want to be in from Day 1.

You missed green community east and west. I know its old but it's so green and feels like a real place.
