8:27 'Yellow phone of disconnection' - Michael didn't mean the phone was not connected, I take it as he was implying there is a DISCONNECT, between the PO & the Gen pubic!
Unclear parking delineation for such a big site undoubtedly will cause confusion!
26:34 Section.3.5.6 PC Mitchell correctly informs NNY & Torbs of already activated body worn Camera.
30:30 NNY informs Caroline Briggs that S.1 of PACE does not entitle them (PO) to ask for a name.
    and again at 34:44
    35:08 - Gives name!
Shame this woman had not talked to her PC, she made a snap judgement made on prejudice. - 'He was a car thief' - and that's that! - Not policing in my book.
I hope Torbs sues for defamation, false detention and false accusation.

As chance would have it -
The Sunday Times magazine has just published an article on the front line policing in Swindon. According to the journalist all officers were specifically allowed to talk with freedom to the journalist by the local chief. The article is sympathetic to the officers who repeatedly state the huge understaffing on the front line and also mention in the article being goaded by youth who also film them hoping to embarrass them on social media. It made me reflect for a moment on auditing until I was swiftly brought back to reality by witnessing the completely unnecessary conduct from the self same officers. Swindon rank and file bring it upon themselves for the lack of respect from the public

That's all it needs for a peaceful situation to turn into a not so peaceful situation, a power hungry woman that tries to show that (she thinks) she has something to prove, simply because she is a woman in a predominantly male place of work. How many times have we seen incidents like this? A male is dealing with something In an amicable way, everything is calm and respectful, then along comes Miss Hitler and its "I'm doing this....I'm doing that,, I'm detaining g you, I'm gonna arrest you if you don't perjure yourself, etc etc " This woman was a prime example , she just couldn't resist the opportunity to show her presumed authority over a man.

NNY we as a society need to start a petition or something to lobby our government, to prevent the taxpayers money being used to pay for corrupted orifices (yes deliberate misspelling) misbehaviour, misconduct and bullying/intimidation towards members of the public.
Officers/constables should either be made to purchase their own personal liability insurance to cover the cost of such legal claims or, as an alternative to that, if they are sued, they should be put on desk duty, withholding their salary until the suit is settled. (Call it community service) while being made to pay for and take
LAW/LEGISLATION education classes (in their own time) to learn the job properly should they wish to continue a career in law enforcement.
    It's a fair punishment IMO.
If they then award anyone financial compensation for any such interactions, then this compensation should be paid by the offending officer/constable.
The sausage like behaviour will soon stop when these goons in costumes realise that they ain't got the public paying BOTH their wages AND their legal bills to boot. I'm all for nailing these people lawfully and legally to the wall, but it pisses me off no end that it's public money who pays their considerable wage and then public money AGAIN which bails them out (often with zero consequences to the offending cop) after they trample all over our basic rights. We shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes after we already paid for their training, uniform, equipment, cars (including fuel), protective gear and effing salary!!! We all need to start pushing for this, only We the People can make these things happen by making enough noise about it. The auditors have a huge community of like minded people, let's spread the word and get this going.

Let this video be a lesson to everyone. Police cannot be trusted. Each individual cop subconsciously demands that the exigencies of Policing must allow them to interpret law as they see fit and to act independently of each other. In short, each cop is a law unto himself and will do or say anything they want as long as they can plausibly deny that they are acting within the law. They cannot be trusted.

Michael, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback. I've recently subscribed to your program as I'm impressed with your work, the filming, and the purpose for why you produce this evidential material. I admire the friendly yet sophisticated manner in which you interact with members of the police force. You show strength of character in maintaining your integrity as you intelligently articulate and navigate each interactional situation, no matter how challenging. You really are a "good Samaritan". I was born in Yorkshire and went to school in West Yorkshire, but I now live in Western Australia. The constructive component of my feedback concerns your colleague in the royal blue jumper. While his heart is in the right place, and he deals very well with the police, I'm concerned about how he over-gesticulates his hands and points closely at their person. His voice gets unnecessarily loud and escalated (or over-excited), as I understand he is passionate about his purpose. However, this is not favourable toward positive outcomes, and I also think his manner negatively reflects upon your excellent manner and the approach and posture that you engage. I love your sense of humour and cheekiness and appreciate your intelligence. Thank you and eh up!
