I love the smell of grilled meat! There is something so soothing when you walk around the house, where the smell of delicious food.. 👍👍👍Обожаю запах жареного мяса ! Есть что-то такое умиротворяющее, когда ходишь по дому, где пахнет вкусной едой.👍👍👍
Poblano or hatch green chilis are amazing as well
I'm adding this to my burger rotation.
Hatch green chilis are the way to go. Especially the Autumn roasts.
Simple explanation for the recipe plus the video production is superb on this channel.
My new idea this at restaurant and chilli cheeseburger
Amazing, looked so delicious 👌👌👌

With the grilled peppers this is a winner!
god, that looks tasty!
Personally, I just go to Albuquerque first week in Sept, and have the seller roast the 2 bags I buy.
You have some great recipes. But I never cook a burger past 135. Mid rare is best! If a restaurant wont cook my burger mid rare I leave.
Okay it's my own fault to watch this at 6:18am

Mustard on a burger.....?
Mustard is big in the southwest. But it's more of a preference you can get mayo, ketchup.
It's "chile" not chili. Chili is a dish. Chile is a pepper.
I got lost halfway through this video too much talking
