Arsenal lack that finish line experience as usual. Liverpool were riding their luck until Atalanta burst the lucky bubble. City are going to win their 4th in a row as expected before even the season began in August of last year.
arsenal are in level 3 of their development. level 4 gives you a deep squad to compete across UCL and EPL. 115 gets you there faster than others. city didn't beat any of the top 4 teams. is that really a championship team, or one built for endurance with a man city a and man city b bought illegally with oil money and fake transactions.

Shearer won the premier League and is all time leading goalscorer in the competition, and also scored 30 goals in 64 caps for England.Shay Given won the division one title with Sunderland and played over 130 games for rep of Ireland. So they have opinions worth listening to, you don't have to agree with them of course.
City didn't even their games against Liverpool and arsenal this season.
