@Ahshan Dhrubo I'm not sure why you feel that way, but you're entitled to your opinion for sure. To me, Endwalker was probably the most fulfilling chapter of the story.

This is honestly my favourite cover of Closer in the Distance now, BECAUSE of how you've arranged it, the passion put into the performance, and the addition of other motifs and lyrics that perfectly capture the emotions of this song, and its story as a whole.
The "To The Edge" at the end is such a cool detail!!!! Awesome cover!

I didn’t think this song could make me cry more than the original does but adding To the Edge lyrics did it.

I listen to a lot of covers of music from FFXIV, and I have to say -- from the visuals, to the arrangement, your performance, and the choice to include "To The Edge" -- this is easily my favorite iteration of "Close in the Distance" and I keep coming back for more.
I wish I could get this vocal track for a synthwave/retrowave version. I love her use of the WoL Shadowbringers backup vocals. Genius.

This song broke me and my Entire FC (We did the end of ENDWALKER together) and hearing this more power and emotion put into this it hit just as hard as the first time.
When I first arrived in this area of the game the music was static not very clear but the further you got it started to clear up, I have to admit when I heard the song I did get teary. You done a awesome cover of this song fellow warrior of light.
