I see you still have the “death capacitor” in there. It connects one of the mains plug sides to the chassis Please remove it. Bumblebee capacitors all fail after a few decades and if the plug is not polarized, can cause the chassis to go live. See the bottom bumblebee cap on your first few frames of the video

I sent my cobra 1990’s 29LTD for the VFO, HF receive, display mod, all I heard about is it will take 20 days lead time, I paid for all the hardware $300+, no updates, I emailed them back they said it is a 6 month wait, public safety jobs come first and my radio was prepped when they received it meaning, all the components were removed for the VFO MOD and HF MOD, and SCREEN REPLACEMENT and I’d have to pay them labor and shipping if I want my radio back? they never told me THAT BEFORE I SHIPPED MY RAIDO OFF, Then 2 months later they come up with the 6 MONTH EXCUSE, if they would have told me this at first before I sent my radio to them, I would not have sent it to them. And they never said they were gonna remove parts from my radio and keep it in storage for 6 or more MONTHS and then install the components I PAID FOR. I SMELL A RAT, that radio had sentimental value to me my parents bought that for me when I graduated truck driving school, and I’ll never get it back, y’all are just pocketing the money from your stupid UA-cam Chanel you talk about installing the mods and a 20 day wait time, it’s been 6 MONTHS WHERE THE HELL IS MY RAIDO I PAID YOU TO WORK ON? DO NOT SEND YOU RADIOS HERE UNLESS YOU DONT WANT TO GET THEM BACK AND YOU WANNA THROW AWAY MONEY FOR NO REASON. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED MULTIPLE TIMES DO NOT SEND YOUR RADIO HERE TO TROY RADIO. YOU ARE THE WORST.
