I’ve been out of out of the loop for a few years for a number of years, but I’m trying really hard to get back into it. I’m trying to get a new tech class license, but I don’t know if you have to call the FCC or what it is or if you have to go online to get a new license, I would like to see you do a segment or do another segment rather with the cobra 2000 and do a video of showing how to transform the cobra 2000 to a 10 m rig

that QRG display looks nice, like original from factory. what else does that little screen show ? there is one like that for these cb radios that has several features like a specturm anaIyser, HF receiver from 500KHz up, frequency offsets etc. /watch?v=HduwylL_GNo

Will dds vfo work with a Ranger RCI-29 Base Station 10 Meter Radio so i could get 10 and 11 meters?

Can you explain the mic relay (to open the mic circuit) wiring in a little more detail? Pin 2 (top pin) in the radio mic plug socket, the 12 volt line is only cut when keying the mic. I only want the relay energized when I key the mic. This way the relay is energized at idle.
