Everybody lying to everybody about Taylor!!!😂😂 Ridge is lying to Brooke about Taylor, Brooke is lying to Ridge about Taylor, Stephanie is lying to Ridge about Taylor, Prince Omar is lying to Ridge and Brooke about Taylor, Taylor is still lying to Ridge about Taylor. When will everyone stop lying about Taylor??!!!!....Taylor revealed to Ridge a little more info today but she left out the being married and being a princess and the Miss Volunteer stuff😂😂🤦♀️. And, this Thorne storyline needs Stephanie...bad!!
I like how Slash is acting like some kind of mentor to Thorne, telling him to grow up, toughen up, wise up, get active, and take control of his own story. Thorne has always been unaware of his ability to control his own fate, believing himself to be a victim of outside forces when he is usually a victim of his own cluelessness and doubt, and this is a much needed wakeup call for him. You can see the shock in Thorne's eyes when it suddenly hits him that if he wants something done, he can actually _do it himself._ It's clearly a novel concept for the man who needs a wife to water his plants.
Taylor giving the story in drips like an annoying leaky faucet is really aggravating me... I need her to JUST SPIT IT OUT ALREADY! And tell him the entire truth about Omar and his role in this.
So Ridge thinks Taylor has been in a coma the whole time? And today Taylor told him a part of her story…that it took 2 mons to remember her former life with him. But she knew from articles how happy he was with Brooke and the children…so she stayed away for his happiness? Right there Taylor is spinning a Lie to Ridge…she saw Ridge and Brooke together at the palace…heard them talk about her and each other. It was at that moment she decided to follow Omar’s advice? Ridge acts like he is still in shock…but he needs to be asking follow up questions to Taylor? Like what happened after that…what have you been doing all this time? 😮 Ridge is about to find out the shocking truth and it won’t be from Taylor…😳
I’m disappointed now by Ridge’s reaction to Taylor’s return just as I was watching it back in the day. It’s leading us to a sad turn for Taylor. I was frustrated with how the writers continually portrayed Brooke as having Ridge’s true heart post Taylor’s return from Morocco. I wonder if Bell’s loyalty toward Hunter waned after she left and returned. Honestly, my enjoyment of the soap was at its highest during the Ridge and Taylor days.
Yes, we are given a sweet ending today. Given hope. We, the audience, know that when Ridge learns the truth, the whole story, he will reject our beautiful, selfless Taylor. 😢
*Dylan tells Sally of his suspicions* Dylan is now the _third_ person to tell Sally that they suspect Anthony of being the mur derer (after Stephanie and Eric suggested the same thing). And for the third time, she completely dismisses the idea. Sally is at this point Anthony's best accomplice, and becuse she has this blind spot where Anthony is concerned, she is actually putting her own daughter in harm's way - just like she did in the beginning (early 1994) when she was encouraging Anthony to go after Macy in the first place. The ironic thing is that she doesn't even consider the possibility of Macy being in danger _if_ Dylan should happen to be right - and yet Sally is the ONE person who could easily and safely bring Macy back to LA with one phone call, without arou sing Anthony's suspicions.
It's frustrating for the viewer how she keeps dismissing the possibility but not out of character. They've long established Sally as a bad read of men and an unreliable narrator so this tracks. This is Sally's version of "not noticing the basement window." 😉
Also Sally being warned three times is a classic storytelling trope (like the parable of the drowning man or Scrooge's ghosts -- they always come in three's).
The added frustration to me, as you know, is that Dylan is involved in this, as opposed to Connor. Why would Anthony leave purple stationery lying around in his office? Wouldn't it make more sense that he would have it hidden somewhere at the home he shared with Connor, and then suspicious Connor digging around in his room finds the stationery? Then Connor as Thorne's lawyer comes to tell him what he finds and to sit tight, he will look into it. And I still think there is room for Thorne to do the jail break to go entrap Anthony in Mexico, bc that is typical Thorne to want to take matters into his own hands, despite being told it will be handled legally (which is exactly how he landed up in jail, bc he broke into Ivana's to "find evidence", instead of allowing the police to do their investigation).
It is frustrating that Sally does not even consider it in the slightest. We already had Dylan using that office when Anthony had a leave of absence grieving - but now that Dylan wants to go and look if he could find some evidence against Anthony, we have Sally being so against it and that she won't allow it.
@@NewYorkNick0607 "not noticing the basement 🪟" 😂 Eric acts like he's better than Sally, but they're not that different sometimes. They also tend to jump to the wrong conclusions when young women/men are nice to them
If she wanted him to be happy, she wouldn't be pushing this much! He's very hesitant and she doesn't want to read the signs. Taylor is just a clingy, emotionally unbalanced and very damaged woman
@@MT-sw8rf She is his wife, if he doesn't want to be married, say so, she will leave him alone forever !! She's not a mind reader. She has been thru hell and back, she has every rite of bein pushy. If she wasn't his LEGAL WIFE she wouldn't bother him whatsoever!!
When Taylor witholds information about Omar from Ridge it reminded me of all the times Ridge withheld information from Taylor about his kisses with Brooke. And Ridge's reasoning was straightforward - "Brooke is irrelevant to how I feel about Taylor." Well Omar is irrelevant to how Taylor feels about Ridge. And unlike Ridge and Brooke who had a history, Omar is really irrelevant.
@@babs4848 Yes, exactly. Those who have watched how it happened should understand what Taylor went through. Ridge may not understand because it wasn't explained clearly, but Omar and the viewers have no excuse.
*TAYLOR'S SACRIFICE* Whether or not you think Taylor made a real sacrifice is not what I'm interested in debating. Ridge is accepting it as a sacrifice here and is clearly moved by it. It's the first time since Taylor revealed herself to him that he seems to "see" the woman he used to know and love ("always the doctor"). His admiration for Taylor was always rooted in her Good Girl archetype and self-sacrificing nature and here once again he's admiring her "phenomenal gesture" and "generous story." But there's an inherent problem or paradox with Taylor's sacrifice. If she stayed away because she wanted Ridge to be happy with Brooke, because she thought that was best for him, and if she wants to claim that as clear evidence of her Good Girl-ness, then the logical question is: shouldn't Ridge stay with Brooke? Isn't that _still_ what's best for him? Ridge must be thinking that too -- that Taylor's sacrifice means that she didn't think _she_ was best for Ridge anymore. Thus by ultimately choosing Brook, Ridge will actually be honoring Taylor's sacrifice. If he chose Taylor, then the sacrifice was never valid and her Good Girl-ness is not restored. But if he chooses Brooke, Taylor gets to remain a Good Girl of sorts by having to bear the cross and the cost of her sacrifice. This is the bind she has put herself in and it's also indicative of the show undermining its old structure. Taylor can no longer be _both_ The Wife and The Good Girl as she was in the past (the woman Ridge knew and loved). The archetype and the role have been disconnected and now she can only be one or the other.
Good analysis. I thought something similar but u have articulated it much better. Basically my thought was.. If you have sacrificed for my happiness, why are you back? But that's why it frustrates me that Taylor is only revealing pieces of what happened, rather than a full story which gives more context. Eg. She didn't know Ridge was marrying Brooke til AFTER, a fact Omar kept from her deliberately. Bc she was still determined to return to LA after that. Then, not to mention the secret room omar trapped her in, or that he basically had his guards carry her away from Ridge's room and locked her up, and kept lying to Ridge the entire time he was there (in fact, he used an entire ruse to get Ridge there for his own purpose). Taylor was essentially alone, and under the control of a very powerful leader in a foreign country who kept brow beating her to believe Ridge wouldn't want her, and I have to believe that had a part to play in her psyche. I think this part is integral to the context under which Taylor's story is told, bc it still gives her "Good Girl Grace" as she didn't really make this decision to sacrifice as independently as it is being made to seem While she would sacrifice for Ridge yes, this was one done under some kind of duress
At the moment there is still missing a reason for Taylor's change of mind. If she reveals that she has been the _volunteer_ and has come back to help him and has fallen for him during the last weeks, then it kinda explains it. At the moment, that sacrifice still sounds weird, when Taylor after 6 months supposedly has just decided to reveal herself to Ridge (went back on that "sacrifice" ).
She should have revealed herself for sure and kept the sacrifice alive asking Ridge the divorce. That is the only way to fulfill her sacrifice. Now we have her delusionally wanting him back . The character is losing reliability to viewers eyes and to Ridge after the talk with Omar.
@@sharonstewart4882 right, the writers failed to write her sacrifice properly . Taylor was a strong smart character and she could have made that sacrifice if they had written her as senior did.
If the laundry is sent out to be cleaned, why does the jail need Slash working in the laundry? Why would an inmate with open cases be given work detail?😂
Lovely scene between Ridge and Taylor. I'm glad he's giving her credit for her unselfishness even though I know it's just the calm before the storm (when he finds out about Omar). I wish Taylor hadn't stayed away so long and I wish she'd told Ridge the whole story right away. But that doesn't change the fact that she IS capable of great unselfishness and Ridge recognizes and says that openly here. He's really amazed by it because it's NOT something selfish self-centered scuzzy Brooke would ever do.
@@laurastrobel718 listen.. The descriptions for Brooke in this chat group are hilarious! 😂😂 I keep some of them in case I need to use in real life 😂😂😂 I had to shake my head and Ridge being amazed at Taylor selflessness, as if he didn't know that about her all along. And I suppose it floors him bc neither he nor "scuzz" would ever be that selfless. I'm glad he stayed with Brooke.. They really deserve each other
Although Taylor's flaws are obvious but her love and sacrifice for Ridge's happiness even with Brooke speaks volumes. Alhough Ridge would decide that he would remain with Brooke...her selfless n sacrificial love for him lays the strong foundation for his marrying her in the future n the birth of their children.
I honestly don't know if Ridge's reaction to Taylor (or lack thereof) is due to lack of interest in her, or just plain inability to act on RM's part. They might have told him to act stunned and thoughtful, and he just cannot portray more than a blank stare.
Not sure. But even storywise Ridge has been written as passive. He goes to work, spends time at his mother's pool.... while Taylor has to be the one who calls him, asks to meet him (while Ridge acts reluctant : You shouldn't have come to the office. I really need to have some time alone).
@@mara4450 well he did ask Taylor to meet him at the private dining room. However, whatever he is trying to show, isn't translating to me. I cannot say for sure that he is just pushing Taylor away or doesn't want to spend time with her. He just is....Blank. But I think all this is very one sided as well. We haven't seen his interaction with Brooke other than that one night after he met Taylor, and he was distant from Brooke, too, and she attributed that to him going back to work. Personally I need to see more scenes with him interacting with Brooke as well.
bad writing all over the place: is Thorne not part of Forrester family? Why does only Dylan care? Ridge's aftermath of learning Taylor is alive is unrealistic. Why doesnt he still share what he found out with Brooke or Stephanie? Why is he still keeping it a secret and wants to be alone to think? Macy sunbathing in Mexico and trying to think of suspects? Hah?
Because he is trying to process this whole Insane experience and he’s not ready to share. He doesn’t want Brooke to know…because of what Taylor is proposing. He wants to gather his thoughts but Taylor keeps interrupting…😮 Brooke doesn’t want to share either because of what Taylor is proposing…only Brooke has her own mess to clean up? 🥴 Taylor does not have good intentions for Brooke and Ridge’s union…that’s why neither character wants to mention her to each other.🫤
So awkward that Taylor calls either Stephanie's house or rigde's and goes over there and meets rigde's up who is all alone with no one listening in or showing up.
Ridge hasn't told his mother Taylor is alive yet. They usually have a great complicity and entente. Ridge doesn't want to see Taylor, why? Is he so scared about his feelings for her? I don't think so. Probably he is guilty because she has no place in his life anymore.
@@babs4848 I agree. Steph and rigde used to have each others backs and used to talk. He used to go with problems or whatever to her. But that had changed. They seem rarely to talk. And she hasn't told him either, that she knows Taylor is alive. This whole sl is not making any sense and breaking many characters ususal trades/behavioral paternes. Last epi, Steph was worried for the safety of her family with Sheila on the loose.. I'm guessing she doesn't mean Thorne, who is marked safe from Sheila bc he's in the one place Sheila _doesn't_ want to be.... Jail 😂
Thorne can't really get any more unsafe than he already is, whether or not he crosses paths with Sheila. So they probably just think "well, he's as safe as he's going to be" and leave it at that. 😂 Also, of course, future in-laws of the year Eric and Stephanie both suspect Anthony of being the killer but don't bother checking if their future daughter in-law is safe.
@@NewYorkNick0607 even in Sheila's upcoming farewell party, she only invites all the important Forrester Folk and those closest to them... Pretty sure, just like the fan mail, there was no invitation for Thorne
@@TriniT21 @Annie Remember when Thorne came into Brooke's office all excited to share the news of his engagement and Sheila goes, "Maybe I should leave." 😂🤣
Okay now Sally is really as lost and clueless as Eric is. Now the third person is suspecting Anthony be the murder and she dismisse another time and campaigns for him. Another sl that I'm really over.
*Anthony gives himself away by being **_too_** clever* Anthony is a _very good_ liar. The story he tells Macy about Thorne and the letter opener is _almost entirely true_ (except for Thorne taking the letter opener with him as he left). So if Macy were to ask Thorne about it, he would confirm almost everything Anthony has said, making the one detail he would not confirm seem like a conscious and incriminating omission. Of course, what Macy should realize, but doesn't, is that Anthony's story means that _Thorne and Anthony are very unlikely to _*_both_*_ be innocent._ Anthony speaks of him and Thorne being alone together in a room with the mur der weap on, just before Ivana was unalived. He speaks about how Thorne left to confront Ivana *as a reaction to something Anthony said.* If Thorne _did_ take the letter opener with him as he left in anger, that strongly suggests he is the mur derer, but if he _didn't,_ that leaves Anthony alone in the room with the letter opener and a perfect opportunity to fr ame Thorne, after he already engineered a confrontation between Thorne and Ivana. Now, Macy believes in Thorne's innocence unconditionally. So, ruling out Thorne in Macy's mind, and going by _Anthony's own story,_ Anthony is the one remaining suspect. Anthony is actually incriminating himself by telling Macy that story. And yet when she talks about how the mur derer must have made some kind of mistake that will expose him, she doesn't realize that _he just did._ She says that whoever framed Thorne must have done a very good job, but misses the part where *Anthony just described to her exactly how he did, in fact, frame Thorne.*
Exactly! It's like one of those logic puzzles where eliminating one possibility gives you the answer. If Macy believes Thorne didn't do it _then Anthony is lying_ and that can only mean one thing.
@@NewYorkNick0607 yes, and although Macy doesn't consciously come to this conclusion, maybe on some level a seed is planted in her unconscious mind, because during the remainder of their stay in Mexico, she will become increasingly uncomfortable and ends up insisting to go home.
Because she wants to persuade Ridge to come back to her. She’s in a pickle though because she’ll look bad if she reveals the whole truth to Ridge…he just might not understand her marrying Omar? 😣
Ridge is Narcissus. He likes looking at his reflection in the pool. 😜 All joking aside, I find this an endearing (and believable) character trait that rich boy Ridge would love lounging by the family pool.
@@NewYorkNick0607 When he went house-hunting for BRIDGE, Ridge should have looked for a home with an equally beautiful pool (pool area). Since then, we have Ridge occasionally drop by, just to use the pool (and the guesthouse) on his own. (ep1962).
Did anyone else notice the _very_ conspicuous stuffed parrot in the Macy/Anthony scenes? It's like someone thought "hmm, they are in Mexico, so we need to convey that by adding a parrot colored like the M exican fl ag!"
When I was a kid watching this in the 90s I was shocked and disappointed that Ridge would choose a hob goblin like Brooke over gorgeous lovely Taylor. And I still find that choice ridiculous. But watching it back now, I can see the warning signs that I didn't notice before. Ridge keeps withholding, doesn't tell Taylor what she wants to hear. Even today he wanted to be alone and she insisted on coming over. 😬☹
Yep. I felt like when he told he her he needed time alone, she should not have insisted on coming over. The 2nd time I watched this story some years ago, I saw the signs. And really, it is because the timing is everything. Taylor just took way too long and expects quite alot now esp after Ridge has gotten so deep into his new life being a father to Eric's kids. Plus she keeps giving the story of what happened to her in drips which makes it worse. If she had revealed herself in Morocco, I believe it would have played out very differently at that time
I have always been for Brooke and Ridge…I wish this Ridge would come back to the show…I know the ratings would go so high…Bringing him back to Brooke…Making it a special of their love for one another…I know many think Taylor is perfect but she lied to Ridge many times…She is a character not without flaws and I found her and James to have been a better couple in my opinion ❤❤

(personally if I call someone and they tell me they want to be alone, I leave them alone). But. I maintain her timing is off, badly. I do believe there would have been a totally different reaction should she have revealed herself in Morocco. What I think she needs to do at this point is just lay everything on the table and not be giving bits and pieces of info. Altho, she must feel that if the reaction she got from Steph about her being married was so harsh, Ridge might be more harsh so she's being cautious. But I think if she told him the full story and Omar's actual part as her captor and tricking Ridge to come to Morocco, that would be better for her. That's right Taylor. Bully your way back into Ridge's life with your charm. He said he wanted to be alone. Take your bigomist butt back to Morocco. Back in TV days we couldn't leave a comment. SO glad I can finally give this character a piece of my mind.
Dylan calls Thorne in jail. Have Eric and Stephanie yet called Thorne? Couldn't Thorne call his mom and tell her about what he had just learned from Dylan?
🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹 Taylor darling I love you dearly, but I think the writing is on the wall. Ridge is pulling away from Taylor, and Taylor is pushing toward a relationship. The push and pull physics forces are used by the Writers to show the different internal state of both characters. Ridge is pulling back his deposit in the dream of him and her, and this is realistic and understandable. Taylor is pushing new deposits into Ridge's mind to cement, create and continue her dream of her and him, and this is unrealistic (though feasable) and far fetched given the additional data regarding the bigamist marriage. In the current dynamics of Ridge, Omar, Brooke, Taylor - Taylor's expectations are steeped and hinged on a memory (of reciprocal love). Omar and Brooke hold on to their fantasy wedding partners. Ridge has two wives. If Ridge divorces Taylor and stays with Brooke- Taylor's dreams die while Brooke's dreams are realized. Ridge married Brooke - thinking Taylor was dead - and Brooke did the same. This is quite normal. Taylor married Omar knowing full well that she was a married woman - and Omar did the same. If we look at the push and pull factor or forces - Taylor and Omar are partners in the crime of bigamy. Choosing bigamy makes Taylor an irrational character laying herself on a cross of denial with no rational thought about the implications of her crime. Amidst all the love, pain, sacrifices and traumas Taylor is most guilty since her YES to Omar's marriage proposal resulted in a crime. One cannot solve a problem, personal or otherwise by commiting a crime. While Omar provided the bait and manipulated her, Taylor emerges as a spider caught in her own web of denial and deceit. Love you darling Taylor, but my analysis stands fair. Taylor - Guilty of Bigamy! Angel Trinidad West Indies. 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
Has that even occurred to Taylor that she committed Bigamy? Who knows her character has gone off of the rails several times in this storyline. I think she has confused herself on what she stands for or why she did what she did? Because now she’s trying to undo it all…without much explanation so far.🤷♀️ She’s kept certain truths from everybody who knows…🥴
Yeah Taylor did a lot of stupid stuff but IDC she's _still_ far better than Brooke! It ain't even close. Ridge must still be blind (and de a f too) to choose Brooke! 😖😖😖
Has there ever been a soap opera like B&B where women (especially Brooke and Taylor) are pawning over or vying for the affections of a man? It seems like Bell did that in this soap and on the young and the restless. Looking at this show, I find the women are begging to the men whereas the men don't do that. This scene with Taylor and ridge really shows her doing all the begging and Ridge just listening to her make her plea
I know. Very demeaning. Vying for Ridge. In the future, it is Brooke who becomes the enchantress the men in the show pine for: Eric, Ridge, Deacon, Nick, Bill, the young waiter at the only restaurant in town. Recently, it seemed as though Taylor was going to fall in love with her, too, when they formed their We Don’t Need Ridge to be happy alliance. But, true to form, Brooke won Ridge’s heart and Taylor was sent packing, literally and figuratively.
Dear macy I'm writing you this missive to scream my rat le bol ... dumbest than you doesn't exist.. So this very guy who days ago swore his loyalty and could burn his soul for Thorne tells you today he is convinced of his guilt yet you don't feel suspicious... good very good macy
ufff can they just look at the Forester Security Camera footage in Thorn's office alread and get rid of creepy Anthony already, don't know who's haircut I dislike more, Antony or Macey's lol
Only revealing a part of the story but leaving other things out, makes it difficult to later just include them (eg - the fact that she had been held captive and had watched the BRIDGE honeymoon). But even with the shortened narrative, Ridge already has the right answer: *_You sacrificed your happiness for mine. That's the reason you didn't come back. That's insane._*
You are right…Taylor is leaving out how this sacrifice really went down…she actually witnessed Ridge and Brooke together on their honeymoon. Omar set that up…she was in a sound proof room unable to be heard by Ridge as she called out to him? Actually, had a moment where she was in Bridge’s room and taken away by guards? Saw Ridge and Brooke as they left the place…took Ridge’s hand. 🥹 Not telling Ridge that she was princess Layla? So much Taylor left out…and this begs a question shouldn’t Ridge be wondering why she has changed her mind now and wants Ridge to leave Brooke for her? 😣
I originally started watching parts of Taylor's/Omar storyline as a kid too, and you know, I liked her with Ridge then; but now, omg, I'm actually more on Brooke's side on this. Taylor is still withholding information from Ridge about what happened to her, like marrying Omar. Taylor is totally being selfish too. She needed her dad's validation to push her to stay.
Idiot of the day: Sally. Once should suspect everyone when a murder is involved. To trust Anthony blindly and not even suspect he had a motive, please.
Taylor isn’t selfless at all,She slept with James and she married Omar but Taylor fans love to make her out to be a saint without any flaws ,Ridge will see it too eventually.
So at the beginning Taylor decided not to reveal herself to Ridge because she loved him and did see him happy with his family. What exactly made her change her mind then? Doesn't he look happy anymore or simply she can't stand to see him happy with another woman?
She has realized in one episode that she won't be happy without Ridge. In one episode we had her telling her dad that this is also the reason why she won't go back to Morocco, because it wouldn't be good for the orphans and anyone, if in 10 years Taylor would resent them and her life. But yes, I also have wondered if Ridge would raise that question and what Taylor would answer then (Why did you now change your mind?) Will she tell him about her time as volunteer?
So many loose ends to clean up and timeline to follow in this storyline. Along the way the motives of the characters seem to change and evolve. Referring to Taylor and her relationship with Omar which went through several twists and turns that seem unexplainable as to where we are now? Apparently, the kidnapping part has been dropped…it’s not being referred to at all? And did Taylor ever mislead Omar by going along with him? 🫤 Seems Omar had control over Taylor’s mind in the beginning and he did influence her thinking. He was responsible for Taylor making the big sacrifice because of how he manipulated and controlled her. 🤔
After months of stalling, Taylor's patience is running low. Another episode that has Taylor looking for Ridge - first calling at the office and then calling at Stephanie's place - while Ridge at least isn't working for a change, but finally taking some time off (at his mother's pool) to think about what is going on in his life.
-3.13 Taylor is acting stupidly bringing herself to Ridge's villa. Has she got no respect for his wishes? Ridge looks like Aladin in his stripy yelekaki (waistcoat).
If Ridge really has thought that Taylor has just recently woken up (What? A week ago?), he has not been very sensitive to her. Taylor would have been confronted with her world suddenly being upturned - and Ridge would just avoid her until she would come to terms with that change?
So,Thorne decides escaping is the only thing to do since Dylan can’t help him ,there is no one else?? Lol A phone call to mom and dad perhaps to rescue Macy from Anthony ??. Nah,I guess he realizes they’d rather help James

@@carerforever2118 It's the writers who do that. They always create an impression that is ambiguous. They did exactly the same thing with Brooke wearing that many silk dress when Omar bisited her in her office. There is a lot of ambiguity in this series. That 's what makes viewers argue.

Ridge acts like he is still in shock…but he needs to be asking follow up questions to Taylor? Like what happened after that…what have you been doing all this time? 😮
Ridge is about to find out the shocking truth and it won’t be from Taylor…😳
Taylor is not playing selfless anymore. She’s done with that charade…😂
*Dylan tells Sally of his suspicions*
Dylan is now the _third_ person to tell Sally that they suspect Anthony of being the mur derer (after Stephanie and Eric suggested the same thing).

When Taylor witholds information about Omar from Ridge it reminded me of all the times Ridge withheld information from Taylor about his kisses with Brooke. And Ridge's reasoning was straightforward - "Brooke is irrelevant to how I feel about Taylor."
Well Omar is irrelevant to how Taylor feels about Ridge. And unlike Ridge and Brooke who had a history, Omar is really irrelevant.
I love your post. All this big deal about a marriage without any intimacy. Taylor's poor choice was made in total confusion.

*TAYLOR'S SACRIFICE*
Whether or not you think Taylor made a real sacrifice is not what I'm interested in debating. Ridge is accepting it as a sacrifice here and is clearly moved by it. It's the first time since Taylor revealed herself to him that he seems to "see" the woman he used to know and love ("always the doctor"). His admiration for Taylor was always rooted in her Good Girl archetype and self-sacrificing nature and here once again he's admiring her "phenomenal gesture" and "generous story."
But there's an inherent problem or paradox with Taylor's sacrifice.
I think this part is integral to the context under which Taylor's story is told, bc it still gives her "Good Girl Grace" as she didn't really make this decision to sacrifice as independently as it is being made to seem
While she would sacrifice for Ridge yes, this was one done under some kind of duress
That is such a good point about the bind Taylor has put herself in! And as you've said before, this is all because of Brad's writing.
@@sharonstewart4882 right, the writers failed to write her sacrifice properly . Taylor was a strong smart character and she could have made that sacrifice if they had written her as senior did.

@@TriniT21 Brooke and Ridge do deserve each other. Taylor was too good for him flaws or not.😐
Although Taylor's flaws are obvious but her love and sacrifice for Ridge's happiness even with Brooke speaks volumes.
It seems to me he is really trying to process it all and is basically asking her for some time and space with his actions.

I really can’t wait for it to come out only to see if sally is gonna feel stupid For being so “sure” that Anthony didn’t do it
If the writing was realistic the police would have also suspected Anthony
*Anthony gives himself away by being **_too_** clever*
Anthony is a _very good_ liar.

Taylor doesn't respect Ridge 's privacy. He wanted to be alone.

Another episode that has Taylor looking for Ridge - first calling at the office and then calling at Stephanie's place - while Ridge at least isn't working for a change, but finally taking some time off (at his mother's pool) to think about what is going on in his life.
How is it that Brooke doesn’t come home to see this or when Taylor came to the office...
No one ever cares about Thorne...lol
-3.13 Taylor is acting stupidly bringing herself to Ridge's villa. Has she got no respect for his wishes?
Ridge looks like Aladin in his stripy yelekaki (waistcoat).
That matches the throw pillows! 😎
If Ridge really has thought that Taylor has just recently woken up (What? A week ago?), he has not been very sensitive to her. Taylor would have been confronted with her world suddenly being upturned - and Ridge would just avoid her until she would come to terms with that change?
You've got a good point.
So,Thorne decides escaping is the only thing to do since Dylan can’t help him ,there is no one else?? Lol
A phone call to mom and dad perhaps to rescue Macy from Anthony ??. Nah,I guess he realizes they’d rather help James
Eric and Stephanie would not bother going to Mexico to help Macy. They can't even be bothered to go across town to visit Thorne.
Antony and Macy. Look like their on vacation.
1:00 Taylor: *_I see you in a minute._* Okay, we now know that Stephanie's Mansion and Jack's apartment must be located in the same Street/ neighbourhood. Poor Jack, that he suddenly got dropped and never visited until his heart attack, when they are so close and it just takes a minute to go there.
My words....L.A. is even smaller than Charlottesville where the WAltons lived...
-1.23 Why is Macy in her sexy underwear in front of Anthony ? It hardly looks like a bathing suit what she is wearing under that dress. I used to wear something similar with suspenders.
I was thinking the same thing, she's shouldn't be wearing that in front of anybody if she's now engaged 💍
@@carerforever2118 It's the writers who do that. They always create an impression that is ambiguous. They did exactly the same thing with Brooke wearing that many silk dress when Omar bisited her in her office. There is a lot of ambiguity in this series. That 's what makes viewers argue.
It's a swimwear. Macy is the fashionista one of the show, now that Kristen has gone.
Would have been nice if Crystal Chapelle was on the show with Michael.. Maybe just as a temporary Shelia.
I wonder who was the most irritating today, macy or taylor
They're both so pretty I dont care 🥰
I'll watch either one over annoying whining Brooke anyday!
@@jemekiahall5848 good one🤣🤣🤣
Why is Ridge at his Mommy's pool instead of the one at his own home?
Why is Ridge taking a swim at Forrester Mansion when he and Brooke have their own mansion with its own pool? Lol. Maybe there is too much pond scum on top of their own pool.
I don’t buy this though guy act Thorne is portraying.
😂😂😂💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Thr bold has 2 families. Forresyer creations and spears fashions. Why did they get did of spectra fashions
Because Brad Bell is a hack of a writer and creative mind a real writer would love to have Spectra family and Thorne Forrester as characters but Brad Bell doesn't that tells me everything I need to know about him.😂
PS- I'm married to Prince Omar of Morocco. We're all waiting Princess Laila.
Ridge wants some time alone to think, but his _doctor_ -wife- is coming over to help him through this insurmountable mess.
My thoughts exactly. He needs to process what is happening, and she is not allowing him to. As a "doctor," you would think she would allow him the opportunity to do so.
Lol…Taylor to the rescue
When Is The Bold & The Beautiful Season 12 Starts
Thorne and Macy were a little boring watching them a second time.
Anthony is an evil creep but he sure is nice to look at 😍🔥
Man, don’t be stuck on stupid. That’s only in the movies! Ha! Or daytime soaps. 😀
