- In this video, we're going to show you how to unlock the SECRET Archon Class Archetype! This archetype is a powerful new class that you can use in Remnant 2, and we're going to tell you all the details - including where to find all the items and locations, and all the skills and perks that come with it.

Items you need to acquire:
Void Heart: (You need to roll the version of N'Erud that has the Sha'Hala boss. Starting area is Seeker's Rest. You visit Alepsis-Taura as part of the story and can grab it in that colorful area you visit. Do not use override pin. Wait 12 real life hours for the ship to arrive to go there.)
Leto's Amulet: (flop 100x from wearing heavy armor, buy from Reggie)
Explorer's set: (you need to beat the game, buy it from Whispers)
Fortune Hunter and Worm Hole abilites/perks: from Explorer lvl. 10 and Invader lvl. 5(this means you need to level them both up)
Amber Moonstone: (Cass random drop, store refreshes every 30 min. Warp back to check.)
Black Cat Band: (die 15 times)
Cube gun: (Labyrinth- craft after beating the boss)
Ford's Scattergun: (The Red Throne on Yaesha- fake wall in the Library left-side, while wearing Seal of the Empress ring. Story quest. Do NOT offend the queen, and don't give her the Thaen Seed OR the lockbox.)
Labyrinth Staff: (checkpoint in front of the changing portal, go left, you can jump down to a floating path. Wait for the moving teleporter to give you a path. Kill Bastion, the red enemy and it's behind him)
Zania's Malice: (found on Root Earth, Ashen Wasteland hole in the wall after first checkpoint before the train yard horde event, by the ramp down)
Anastasija's Inspiration: (bought from Whispers for 3k scrap)
Equip them all at once exactly like you see and you can walk through the portal!
This will take you to the backrooms and you have a limited amount of time to navigate the area to find the Strange Box (Archon) and a couple other items.

It's just shows how much love and passion Gunfire poured into this game. Makes for SO much versatility, and build depth.
Best 'souls-like' (don't like calling it that) game thats come out since Elden Ring. Im totally hooked, the mix between the mysterious ambiance of the game, the aesthetics mixed with me needing to use my brain to come up with builds and chnge on the fly (cause of great boss design) and the skill aspect of it, not just dodgeing at the right time, but also aim, using LoS + angles to my advantage is sinply making it so incredible fun to play.

As someone who has yet to play Remnant, I adore each video I keep seeing like this. It’s like a return to old school unlockables and actual discovery through gameplay, and not my wallet.

@@jakecoyne3919 True. I saw something about how one of the devs was in the discord with the dataminers leading them astray from figuring it out so they would just take longer. This archetype was made for dataminers, along with the backrooms.
This is why these games are so sick. IMO if they figure out full cross play it’ll be the perfect game
TIP: For anyone who doesn’t wanna wait 12 hours for the void heart, you can actually change your system date one day ahead. You should be able to go to Alepsis-Taura straight away

It's funny, I was a Ex-Cultist main in R1, as in wearing that set after starting as one, because I loved the passive mod generation, and I was really wondering why it seemed like that entire concept was missing from R2. Glad to see my main thing seems to have been the most secret hidden class so far.
There is also a ring you can get that generates mod power per second. Its found in the palace on losomn. Continue the story until you meet the jester a second time, and then switch the world back to light mode. Then go back to where you first come out of the dungeon (right before the card event, down that elevator).

The Back Rooms, is a whole thing... anyone not familiar is encouraged to look into it. It's more than what is described in this video, and also less.
It's neat they decided to take the concept and turn it into a place in the game. It makes sense, which makes it even better.
THIS start your journey looking in "The Back Rooms" SCP foundation. (pretty sure it didn't originate there, but its a good place to start)
Theres an item within this backroom portal called the gunfire security lanyard... which is a cheeky self reference to the developers. I love that they tossed so many secrets into this game, hunting them adds such a sense of adventure and discovery

I don't know if it's changed in the patch, but for me I get Seal of the Empress BEFORE the choice to give the seed/lockbox. It's a separate convo so you can do both.
Holy crap, I love all the side stuff and the secret stuff in Remnant II is amazing. I've barely put 6 hours in and I'm enjoying it so much. Although may reroll worlds since starting in N'eurd has been a pain LOL

Okay wow.... guess I'll get to try it in a few weeks. I stupidly rerolled my campaign before getting the Invader so it's gonna be at least another 20 hours before I can start leveling that class, not to mention all the time it will take to get all the other stuff.
Still, I absolutely LOVE that this stuff is in the game. It just pushes all my buttons in the right way!

I loved this armour and perks in Remnant so im glad it's back in this game and the final ability basically turns you into a the Stormcaller class from Destiny 1, it was so much fun. So i can't wait to unlock this, it sucks it is such an end game class though
How did you get the armor?
@ShiverSniper you have to start a new character and then pick the archon class as your starter character. I don't believe there is another way to get the armour yet.

@ShiverSniper yeah just checked the wiki. unfortunately, that's a pc exclusive thing atm since at least on ps5 the patch hasn't been released

There are 3 items, Archon box, an amulet and a ring.

I actually found that portal last night looking for the way into the sealed off room in Ward 13 and I was wondering if that had something to do with it.

You need to beat the final boss
Wizards: we use wands to cast our magic
Mages: we use staffs to cast our magic
Archon: magic guns go brrr
This game is just a goddamn gem
They straight up added the backrooms for the meme lmao.
Hopefully they fix the armor sale bug not just cause of the class but cause there probably plenty of difficulty rewards ive missed out cause the vendors are bugged
This is wild. I guess it's sensible to make the requirements steep for something seemingly so powerful but goddamn. 😅
Mod builds are actually the worse in dmg right now😆. With Hunter and Gunslinger being the best, because of multiplicative bonuses in their perks (weakspot dmg, fire rate, reload speed, crit chance and crit dmg). All other dmg buffs in the game are additive.

I’d love to be able to unlock this but heads up, there’s a bug currently possibly tied to rerolling campaigns (not 100% sure) where Whispers *is not* selling the Realmwalker/Explorer armor, meaning if you got the bug like i did, you either gotta find someone willing to open the Corrupted Door for you or start a fresh character as an Explorer just to get the armor 😢
Its a bug. The devs have already confirmed it and plan to patch it. but like you said if you get fucked over and get cant the Realmwalker armor then just find someone who does and have them open it for you or check other players lobbies back in their own Ward 13. As for the Archon armor? We all have to wait till a patch fixes it. But you are desperate for it then what you can do is after you get it on your character you can just make a new character and you can get the armor that way. But I dont see the reason you would want too since you can just wait till patch fix for it comes out.
I completed nu'erd in adventure mode 13 hours ago with the seeker start and didnt use the override pin and cant access alepsis taura.
Wondering if you have to reroll campaign which sucks if thats the case. Also Cass just refuses to ever sell the ring in her shop for the past like 6 hours.
@Opalthira did you go back and talk to him after beating the boss though? It's 12 hours after you talk to him and get the ring from him (or scraps if you have it already) after that he will just tell you be is busy.
@@Adrian42451 yeah i talked to him 12+ hours ago. some ppl are saying it takes 24 hours, while everyone on youtube says it takes 12 hours. so im just wondering if it doesnt work in adventure mode.
@Opalthira I can confirm it works on adventure mode since I did it this way. Worst case is wait longer or time skip some more.

How do you get the Archon armor set on current character? without having to set up a new one?
whispers isnt selling the explorer armor and yes i beat the game and have the class.
same here whispers is just glitched for some people and its really annoying.
@zellegoodwin9046 so that's why I haven't seen the armor set at Whispers. I beat the final boss twice, once on a random's game and once on mine.

There’s a glitch with the clothing vendor that prevents you from buying the Explorer’s outfit if you reroll your campaign. Really hope they patch it soon.
I was confused at the beggining with so many items and Information but at the end I felt like i was at the beggining. 😂

You don't, I believe it is tied to your system's clock so 12 hours irl need to pass but you don't need the game to run during that time

PSA: If your whisper is glitched reroll the campaign and soloing offline it fixed the issue for me.
Holy cow that mod generation combined with the heart that gives 500 mod power would give 700 mod power per use

Unfortunately, the way you get to Alepsis Taura seems to be bugged. The Custodian will not take the boss item, so I guess all you can do is wait and see if you lucked out or not

So for anyone that sees this this is how I got it thanks to my homie.
He was pretty vexed about not being able to buy the Realmwalker stuff so resorted to his last resort which was rerolling his campaign and speed running it for a second time. He skipped every single side dungeon he could. It took him about 6-8 hours roughly to do it again, he was able to get the Realmwalker armor, and we rushed to the Labyrinth. Thanks to him his son, myself, and another friend all have the Archon class and we’re leveling it up now as we speak.
trying this rn currently on rooted world with let u know if this works. Also had my session to Offline the whole time to avoid any co op stuff
To my previous Reply it does seem to work when u rebeat the game. The game seems to think after you beat the game it stops all new armor sets that you unlock for him. Including the Realmwalker set since you have to go back and give the medallion in order to get the archetype. Which is a really dumb system. But i was able to get 5+ sets of gear from rebeating the story

Thats the archon set you can get it when starting as archon after you get the class but you have to start a new character for the set

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get the Void Heart in adventure mode? Been seeing lots of conflicting info saying that you can’t, and some that you can. So id definitely love to have confirmation as it’s the main thing I’m missing aside from the Armor set (it’s bugged on PS5).
Yes you can i got mine thru campaign but you can do it in adventure mode you just need the black hole area no need to wait 12 hours it activates a soon as you give the amulet to the preist dude

It was a secret the developers intentionally added as a secret for dataminers to have something for, that everyone can benefit from learning.

I beat the game and maxed explorer class and did not reroll and I can't get the armor set either.
I wonder how many absurd secrets there are I haven’t heard about just because they don’t have AN ENTIRE CLASS locked behind them.
