i got one back in April! so far it works Good n stuff. lots of Radio Chatter in my Neck of the woods. (central Cape breton) i got it for when im out Riding with friends on ATv's and dirtbikes.
my friend has a Cb Radio on his side by side and were able to communicate along the Trails & check in etc

What is the effective range you’re getting with the magnetic antenna on the hood of your jeep? I had a more permanent radio on my last jeep, but interested in this.

Spend your money on a real mag like the Stryker mag or Sirio.

Is it Compabilty to other cb radios as as far talking to them or do it has to be the same brand?
