When you select "Harvest", theres a small toggle menu in the bottom right. There, you can choose which resources you want to be gathered in that task. Helping your issue from 6:10

There's a green check at the bottom left that starts the task. Shift left click on the task you the bottom left to increase priority

I do wish you'd keep bloody still. Why keep spinning around when what you're looking at is perfectly seen from anywhere. Stay in the one place unless what you're doing isn't visible. For anyone with motion sickness problems needless movement is literally making them feel ill.
