You have to realize that 40 oz steak includes the bone. So the steak isnt really 40 oz

Very impressive Raina, a few times in the past years ago i would down 3 full heaping plate fulls of spaghetti, but now i can only eat 1 plate. If we were eating together you would easily eat 3 or more portions then i ever could. again your awesome.
Raina, you are one amazing lady. Those rib steaks look incredible but even at my hungriest, I'd probably do 2. Three? I still don't know how you manage! Keep up the great job! Yeah, that was a lot of fat. They should've given you a steak knife so you could trim that inedible part off.

The ranch has one of the best steaks. Tom-a-hawk. I can’t do a bone in unless it’s medium rare. Love it! Was it dry aged?

You are correct! With the bone they might be in the mid 20's, unless they took out the marrow and filled it with lead..my opinion - I did not weigh them. Still...they look so good. Once they buy a scale and correct the menu, I'd love to try a couple of their 15oz steaks. I wonder if Raina called them on it off camera..."You said 8 pounds of steak and give me this finger food?"
