We wanted to create a magnolia branch that could play well with others-looking beautiful and not overbearing in an arrangement. Kate began sketching out her designs for a miniature magnolia after being inspired by Chinese brush paintings of ancient, gnarled bonsai trees covered in pale pink blooms.
