      @@sandermoe7596 Bullshit. Muscle memory is a thing. Your muscle remembers being fit and it's easier to re-gain any lost muscle mass.
      With proper training, good diet, the right amount of exercise and the right amount of overall physical exertion through the exercises, anyone can put in muscle mass. It just takes the proper knowledge.
      And Juji and Tom have been watching Athlean-X. They know what's up.

    I'm a new sub and have enjoyed your videos quite a bit the past few months. I've let myself get out of shape and unhealthy slowly over the past 8 years and you've helped me recently find motivation to better myself. Getting more sleep (when able) focusing on fitness and what I put inside my body... etc. You're a fitness inspiration and you always include everyone around you regardless of fitness level.       I got it too I was pushing so hard and suddenly my head started hurting so bad for like 10s and it went away I thought I burst a blood vessel. I haven’t gotten them since but after that for a few weeks in almost every exercise I’d get the headache

      i hate to be that guy, but a tension headache is different to a migraine, and either could be set off by exercise. migraines are related to blood pressure and vessel dilation, whereas tension headaches are about muscle tightness and spasms

      @@jon...5324 Hate to be that other guy but migraines are thought to be caused by chemical imbalances in the brain which is why often isotonic drinks can help reduce severit. Triggers can be Stress, Tiredness, periods and certain food and drink.

    Actually an interesting point on tanning Juji, there is a Russian study on oly lifters I think, they called it ‘irradiation’ but I think it was 10 minutes in a tanning bed, prior to training. I’m pretty sure it resulted in a significant increase in strength, I think something like 2-3% but I’d have to look it up to say so for sure.

    Tom once said “Stay excited” when giving tips on working out and it’s stuck with me and has kept me going, even on the toughest days. Working out and watching Juji and Tom has honestly changed my life. I feel better, I look better (somewhat), and it’s REALLY helped with my depression and brought me out of the deep dark hole that I was slowly dying in. Thank you Juji And Tom.

    Hey Tom and Juji I definitely will try that workout when I get the chance. But dude Tom is catching up to you juji lol you look really lean and nicely cut Tom please keep it up y'all. Lol I'm from TN I've actually spent a lot of time in north Carolina in the mountains. When I was a kid we used to go with my granny every year to stay up in a cabin. And I completely agree with you on the kitchen, if I wouldn't have got into a comfortable strong relationship with the kitchen I would still be stuck at 135 lbs. I eat so much more and to be honest compared to other youtubers and bodybuilders, you and Tom motivate me to really keep growing.     I've been doing exactly this for the past month and a half to try and grow my back and I can say it does work Judy is not lying supersetting off of deadlifts hits your lats like crazy if anyone out there does attempt this I want to add be careful do not Eagle lift you will hurt yourself especially your erectus

      Totally shoulder. Although you could probably hit it on back and shoulder day if they’re done seperately. They’re usually undertrained

      If you do a bunch of rows training back, your rear delts will get some work also, so I rather do them on a shoulder workout to add frequency. But yeah, they're part of the back

    If Juji hits some serious volume for his lower body and focuses his upper body work on triceps and pecs he's gonna be nuts. His back is already super well developed, same with delts. Also should start doing vacuums.

    This kinda makes sense. Deadlifts, if you go hard enough, sorta work everything...kinda. So, hypothetically, you can superset almost anything with them. Now, what are some incrementally loadable eyeball movements?

      Looks like muscle adhesions. I have something similar, but less pronounced and they are a bitch to massage out. He should stretch and massage it.
      If bet there is a painful(when pressure is applied) muscle knot/adhesion there.
