Good message bro, mental health is top priority in anything you do! Helping out others to improve their life is absolutely the way to overcome stresses of your own. Keep your head up bro, and keep up the quality vids!!! You've helped me tremendously improve my passing and footwork when playing rugby. I don't play in any leagues or anything but I use it for exercise on my own and I will occasionally play with a group of friends. Your techniques and explanations have helped me thrive not just physically by playing rugby but when you get better at something, mentally you feel like you can take on the world. So you're definitely helping out a lot of people. Peace bro you're an awesome player

Some great open and honest advice. Shows the character of yourself to make a video like this after the heartbreak you've been though. Proud of you brother, keep on smashing the work and the rewards will come.

Being a doctor whilst playing as a rugby player is an amazing achievement. It takes alot of effort to reach those levels. Two of the hardest journeys anyone can possibly experience, and youve done it. Huge respect to you. Thank you for the lessons youve taught us. Hopefully many more videos! Cheers

Luke I am the coach of the Barbados 7s team. Take pride that we have used a number of your videos in our training routine. We have a big year playing in Commonwealth and RWC qualifiers. You are part of this process.

Helpful and honest content to help aspiring rugby players. Great how you show the ups and downs of being a top 7s player. No doubt you'll come back stronger and helping so many along the way, with the training and advice. Look forward to seeing the comeback on the field 👍🏉💪

Shows the level of character that you have to keep such perspective despite great disappointment. Even though you haven’t achieved your main aim, you’ve still inspired a lot of people along the way (including the likes of me to setup my own 7s team). Keep going and bring on Paris🔥🔥
