I have had mine now since April. I purchased it to use as a freezer. I rotate frozen bottle out of it to keep a larger cooler cold without the power usage and of course no ice. Also the big winner for me is I have a 60 pd dog with jaw issues so I make him food in large quantities and freeze 2 cups flat in zip locks and even with the bottles have I have room for 10/12 bags of his frozen food lined up like soldiers in the freezer. Lucky me I still have room for a few frozen meals I’ve made ahead to heat or cook in my my hot logic. This has worked well for me but for longer trips, I have decided to get a 30 quart refrigerator and I’m expecting that next week, it has in addition to it being a refrigerator, a small compartment for a freezer. I can carry both, but I’m hoping to use just the larger one on bigger trips. It was amazing deal during the prime sale so I decided to get it and try it and I can always return it if it doesn’t meet my expectations. As a freezer, the little one could be a power guzzler, but I could manage it by plugging it in while I’m driving and then my Eco flow at night, I’ve been told that as a fridge I could easily get three days on my Ecoflow. . It’ll be interesting to see if that works out. And in case that wasn’t clear, the new one is the setpoint as well. With a larger dog I need as much space as possible so I’m always looking for ways to get the best use of space.
I bought the FC 15 since I'm only out usually for one or two nights and it's plenty big for myself to pack a six pack and some veggies. Couldn't beat the price during Prime...$111! Had to get it in the avocado green, looks great with my gray interior. Thanks for the recommendation! Taking it out next weekend for a trial run before I head to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Done! I ordered the black and grey one, though. LOL I had ordered a collapsible ottoman like yours previously, as well as a potty similar to yours. Love the ottoman. Sadly, the toilet was too short for my old 5'7" body, and the seat was way too narrow for this old, boney bottom.😅 I returned it and welcomed my luggable loo back even though it's too tall for the ottoman. I use the ottoman for mine and my pets' food and dishes for now. As for the fridge here, it's priced right, has good reviews and you have one. I shouldn't go wrong. Thank you, Amanda!
I own (2) of the FC15 models and they both work great. I use one as a fridge and one as a freezer. Only 100w solar with 2-6 volt green golf cart bats. I also charge the green bats when I drive with a bat isolater from the starting bat. My alt pushes 135 amps in my jeep while driving.
Thanks for the review. You're right! The way the fridge door or lid opens is important. My house fridge is so inconvenient the way the door opens. Why didn't someone think of that before it was installed. If my kitchn door opens, the person at the fridge gets bonked!
Great review. I snagged the PT35 during the Black Friday sale and they got me my fridge in two days 😂. Also helps when I live 30 min from their headquarters 😂… but I’m looking at the FC15 or 20 for my tundra to keep in there for just drinks or maybe even a solo camping trip. Like phoenix here in southern commiefornia we get hot as well so in the summer especially having that fridge for drinks will be a godsend. I too love the green. Great choice on that! Cute dog. Happy holidays to you
Just found your channel. Nice review. Why did you switch your Jackery-Alpicool setup for this? Which do you think is a better setup for 2-4 day trips? TY!!
I had the same problem with the fridge lid not staying open, so I just wrapped a bungee cord around the seat, and when opening the lid I would keep it open with the bungee. My new fridge door opens right to left.
It looks like a great fridge, however, what if people live in their Campervans full-time? Would the fridge work in Arizona at 115° outside if it had some insulation around it?
@@AdventuringWithAmanda I sent them an email and they responded saying it's called an umbrella holder because of it's shape BUT it's for a fishing rod :)

Very good job reviewing the fridge Amanda.👍 I agree the interchangeable top is such a plus.
I am so glad you finally have a frig. It’s really nice. 🤗🙏🏻

I love the color!

What a neat refrigerator!

Nice smaller frig and it fits perfectly in your van.
Thank you, Amanda…. And Wynston❤
i just ordered this refrigerator, same size and color. cant wait to get it,
How do you like it?
Thank you! I ordered one!
Yay Mom! Mailee needed that bed🖤! Love the fridge. Let's see if it holds the test of time! 🤞💚

Great purchase! You think through you home design so carefully. Love that.
Bought it!!! Was looking for an extra fridge. My nucamp trailer has a small fridge. So this is a great extra for extended stays.
My FC20 cools down super fast on AC power.
Will use my Jackery cigarette lighter tommorow.
Perfect for my four day trip next month.
how are you liking it?
How did it work running on your power station?
It runs fine on my Jackery 240.
Quiet, and cools down quick.
Hi Amanda
right on ... i'm picking mine up this weekend !
I hope this 12v frig is as good as your saying it is because I just ordered one because of your review
I'm still loving it!
Lovly hello from Lolland Denmark xpost Bjarne thanks for video ❤🐩🏕♨️🗽🚙🚐🚗🚌🇺🇸🇩🇰😅
Just found your channel. Nice review. Why did you switch your Jackery-Alpicool setup for this? Which do you think is a better setup for 2-4 day trips? TY!!
One year later based on your recommendation and some other reviews I got one, 9-19-24, when it gets here I will let you know how it goes.
I still love mine!
Which station u pair with this fridge?
Ordered one and still had 23 dollars in rewards points, Score!

Very nice fridge! Thanks for sharing
Just curious if that would fit in the floor in front of the passenger seat?
That's a good question. I wonder if it would get enough ventilation there too.
Great video. I'm curious how it's still doing. Also, how long does it run on your power station?
It's great! I have a big power station so it'll last a couple days.
@@AdventuringWithAmanda And it's also a freezer?
@@deetrvl4life875 it is a freezer or a fridge.
it cannot do both at the same time.
Amanda, have you tried the fridge with ice cream? If so, how did it do?
I have not. I've only used it as a fridge. Unfortunately I haven't used it as a freezer.
You mention Phoenix, which is where I live, so how long did the charge hold in hot weather?
It looks like a great fridge, however, what if people live in their Campervans full-time? Would the fridge work in Arizona at 115° outside if it had some insulation around it?
Yes but the compressor would constantly be running to stay cool. So you'd need a really big power supply or constant charging.
HEY .. what umbrella do you have that has a handle that fits into the umbrella holder and is large enought to keep the sun off of it ?
I haven't used it and don't have an umbrella, so I'm not sure.
@@AdventuringWithAmanda I sent them an email and they responded saying it's called an umbrella holder because of it's shape BUT it's for a fishing rod :)
I received mine today. It did not come with the cup holder, umbrella holder or opener.
I do believe you have to pick the option with the features to receive them.
@@AdventuringWithAmanda I was in a rush and didn't notice. I probably wouldn't have used them anyway.
